Hilton Head Island -Ny ägare och helt renoverade St. Andrews Common bekväm 2BR, 2BA två våningar villa i Palmetto Dunes. Off the beaten track, St. Andrews inbäddat nära men snyggt bortsett från ingången till Palmetto Dunes i sin egen frodiga enhet. Utsikt över Fazio kursen, St. Andrews är tyst med lugn landskapsplanering, fågelliv och nära till alla utväg bekvämligheter. St. Andrews har en pool på plats, och havet är bara några minuter. Palmetto Dunes är en 2000 tunnland vid havet med 3 miles från havet tillgång, 11 laguner (bra för kajakpaddling!), 3 mästerskapsbanor, 24 tennisbanor samt omfattande cykelvänliga vägar som inkluderar tillgång till Shelter Cove / Marina med många restauranger, butiker samt båtliv. Tillgång till strand med parkering ligger vid Dunes Beach House och på Disney Beach Club. Gratis transferservice via Palmetto Dunes Buggy är tillgänglig från april till september. Genom att stanna i vår villa kommer du att vara enititled till Ägare rabatt på 3 Palmetto Dunes mästerskap golfbanor, tennisbanor och 20% rabatt på hyror (cyklar, kajaker etc.) på Hilton Head Outfitters ligger inom Palmetto Dunes.
Denna vackra havet promenad villa nyrenoverade med alla nya möbler / inredning, erbjuder vidsträckta vyer av Fazio golfbanan. Med trägolv utseende hela och anpassade lyx finish, är denna villa se till att erbjuda en avkopplande semester med utsikt över George Fazio golfbana och lagunen.

Precis utanför posten är vackra öppet koncept kök, fullt utrustat med granit, platt häll och två länkbarstolar. Utanför köket finns en matplats med plats för 6 som öppnar in i vardagsrummet med en 48 Smart Sony platt HDTV ", DVD-spelare, franska dörr till balkong med utsikt över golfbanan och lagunen Fazio. Steg på balkongen hittar du ett högt bord med 2 höga stolar och två gungstolar.
Det stora sovrummet precis till vänster om vardagsrummet har en drottning säng, 32 "LG platt HDTV, franska dörr till balkong och privat badrum med fristående dusch.
15 steg uppför spiraltrappan är det andra sovrummet med två enkelsängar. Detta sovrum har också en egen privat badrum med dusch / badkar combo.
Det finns en separat tvättstuga med stapling tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dessutom ingår gratis WiFi höghastighetsinternet och kabel-TV-tjänst med över 200 kanaler.

Great condo!

The condo is beautiful and clean and well appointed. The location is perfect - fantastic views of the golf course, lagoons and wildlife. Short drive or bike to the beach, and steps to the pool. Easy to get to anywhere else on the island. Great and timely communication from the owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation in Palmetto Dunes

This unit is exactly as described & very nice inside, with lovely views. Visiting from the UK it was also great to have x4 beach chairs & x3 bikes, plus decent wifi & cable. The owners are extremely helpful & responsive. It has everything you could want for a vacation. We have stayed in many units in Palmetto Dunes over the years & this is one of the nicest. We like St Andrews Common because it has a nice outlook & pool area. Plus it’s a nice bike ride to the beach. It’s also really easy to walk to restaurants at the entrance to the community. Great Mexican restaurant!

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Tom, the property owner was friendly, helpful, accessible and went out of his way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the villa, the location is beautiful and is right on the golf course. The beds and couches were very comfortable. It was a very quiet and restful week....just what we needed! :)

No need to look elsewhere...

This home is truly exceptional. The views from the windows and deck are beautiful. I'm not a golfer, but I enjoyed the abundant greenery and wildlife. The house is decorated and equipped with high-end furnishings, appliances and day-to-day necessities. The owners have given much thought to their guests' needs and have generously provided even the smallest items. The area is quiet and serene. Communication and ease of check-in were excellent. The bike path from the home to the beach is pleasant. Walking fast, the trip to the beach is around 27 minutes one way, so a bike is helpful when carting things to the beach. That in itself is not a 'negative' and would not prevent me from returning to this wonderful HH gem.

Want a golf course view

Tom and Jan's condo is updated, immaculate, and beautiful. Every detail was planned for and completed. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved the walk-in shower. Our priority is outdoor space with a view of the golf course, and we enjoyed the deck and the view. Tom went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful time in this tastefully renovated villa in Palmetto Dunes. The unit was very clean and well maintained and was stocked with everything you might need for an enjoyable vacation. It is located close to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Club and has easy access to bike paths for rides to the beach. We will certainly consider this property for future visits to Hilton Head.

Perfect spot!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this villa! It is beautiful, spacious, and so quiet. Such an easy walk to the pool and about a 3 minute drive for us to the beach with very accessible parking. Owners were great to work with and they truly thought of all the little things that we needed on a vacation - we even enjoyed their bikes and did not have to rent any. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice condo

Lovely property. We are older and the condo being on second floor was a little tough for us. Maybe we bring to much stuff. Deck was great. Loved watching the golfers. Nice location to the pool and pond with turtles and alligator or two. Owner Tom is pleasure to work with.

Fantastic golf course villa

Overall, this is a great villa, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, location, as well as the kitchen and baths. We scored the accuracy of the online listing a little lower because the outdoor picture of the building gives the impression that the property is in a more isolated spot. It appears the picture was snapped from a golf course angle. Nonetheless, the villa was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the birds and other wildlife from the tree-shaded course facing deck. Our host was very helpful by providing tips about things to do in the area. We tried the Skull Creek Dockside and Boathouse restaurants for the first time at his recommendation, and the family was quite pleased with not just the meals but the beautiful views of the waterway. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone interested in visiting Hilton Head Island. Many thanks to our hosts, Tom and Jan.

A Perfect Stay

The condo was lovely and just as pictured. It suited as well. The complex pool was beautiful and large compared to others in the area. Tom was a delight to work with. He was very responsive and generous. We would definitely stay again!

The villa had everything we could have wanted. We had easy access to the beach, and the pool was right next to the villa. The owner was very helpful and provided information and extras to ensure an easy and fun stay. Everything was very clean, Would definitely stay here again.

The owners live in the Cincinnati Ohio area. Tom is recently retired. He had a 41 year career with a major General Contractor/Construction Manager. He is a civil engineer graduate of The University of Cincinnati. Jan works part time for Hospice as a nurse & licensed medical massage therapist.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have traveled to Hilton Head yearly since our children were small toddlers. Typically we always have stayed in Palmetto Dunes. We now have 4 grandchildren who now also love it here. It is a perfect location and close to so many amenities. St. Andrews seems to be the perfect location for us. It is beautifully landscaped, private, and the property is well cared for. Our villa has a fresh coastal look with lovely views from every window. A perfect place to relax & enjoy your vacation.

Palmetto Dunes has a perfect location and is conveniently located in the central part of the island . We are close to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, lovely bike trails, golf, tennis, General Store. Just across the Highway is Shelter Cove & Town Center with a scenic harbor, boats, many shops, restaurants, parks, entertainment, outdoor dining/bars . So much to do & see !
