Den privata studion är en del av en stadsvilla och ligger i ett lugnt och grönt område strax utanför stadens rusa. Studion har ett vardagsrum med en 2-personers bäddsoffa och ett fint kök och ett rum med en stor 2-personersäng och ett fint badrum. Det finns också en extra madrass för att sova på övervåningen. Huset ligger 5 minuter från spårvagnsstationen linje 2. Härifrån kan du gå direkt till alla turistiska platser som Museetorget med van Gogh och Rijksmuseum, Damtorget med Anne Frank-huset och centralstationen. Villan är lätt att nå från flygplatsen. Vi har ett privat körsätt för en parkeringsbil.

Lovely studio!

Sweet property in a beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to the tram into the city. The studio was spotless and well maintained and Erin was lovely. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location!

This was the perfect location - convenient to the tram into city center, yet far enough away that it was quiet and lowkey. Our host was very helpful with advice on navigating the area, and personally welcomed us. I have nothing but good things to say!

Great stay in adorable neighborhood

Communication with Erwin was great and we were thrilled he let us check in a bit early. We loved the studio, which was cute, clean, and in a great residential neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great host and location.

Perhaps a little pricey compared to some other places, but it's worth it - you are paying for the location which is great - a 5-10 minute walk to the tram and then 30-35 minutes into Central Amsterdam. But also very good access to the airport, trains, Metro and buses. The studio was clean and relatively functional, in a nice, clean and quiet neighbourhood. There are a few things that could easily be done to take the studio up a level, and we think that when you are spending a decent amount of money, that some luxury and a bit more functionality are justifiably expected. Again, this isn't being negative or critical, we just think this place has the potential to be amazing, rather than great :-)We are fairly confident that if you book this place you won't be disappointed.

Excellent studio for 2!

Great location to explore Amsterdam. The property was spotless and well-cared for. Everything we needed was here. The host had convenient directions to access wifi, TV and other appliances/utilities in the property as well as recommendations to local stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

The property is set in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood easy walking distance to the #2 Tram into Amsterdam. It is a great place to come back to and reset after a day in town. Markets are also close by to pick up food for breakfast (croissants, drinks, etc) or dinner. Great choice and we would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Amsterdam

We are a family of 4 and spent 3 days exploring Amsterdam. Location is great and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. You are a short Uber or tram ride from anywhere you would want to see. There are a couple nice restaurants and a small grocery store within a few minute walk. The house was small, but nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Amsterdam.

Great stay at Erwin's house

Erwin is a great host. Very friendly and available. The house is in a very quiet and nice neighbourhood and it is easy to go to the city by tram or bike. The second bed is confortable and the house is as shown on the pictures. We strongly recommand Erwin!

one week in holland

I've been to Amsterdam many times and always stayed in the centre. This property is a pleasant 30 minute tram to all the must see sights and the walk to the tram was through a lush green space .Grocery was just a couple tram stops away. Erwin was the perfect host and met all of our needs.

Amsterdam Retreat

First of all thank you to Erwin for great communication throughout, we booked this lovely studio for the F1 weekend which proved to be a great choice with extremely efficient transport links all within 5 minutes, locally a small supermarket, cafe and barrs, the studio itself had some nice touches, fresh coffee pods, essential cooking ingredients, shampoo, conditioners, fresh towels and a small terrace to the front of the property with table and chairs, also off road parking. We wouldn't think twice about booking again, a great retreat in a buzzing City.

Nice week at Amsterdam

Me and my husband had a nice stay at Erwin’s Studio. The location was great, only short walk to tram/bus/metro stops. Also easy to get to airport by bus. The apartment had all we needed. It was a bit hot there (even the wether was not hot outside) but we kept the windows open and that helped a lot. The apartment is great for two person. Erwin was very helpful and always answered quickly my messages. I could come again some day.

Very expensive for what it is. Not my best choice.

We have stayed at many VRBO's and this one ranks near the bottom. The pros - it is in a nice neighborhood, close to the tram and the airport and it is clean. The cons - the living room/kitchen combo is very small. There is no table and no room for a table so if you want to eat, you can use your lap or use the little round coffee table. I would suggest a coffee table that can be moved up or down or at the very least TV trays. The stairs are very narrow and make a sharp turn to the right at the bottom making them quite treacherous. Erwin, however, was very responsive and I always got a reply within an hour or two

Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung

Wir waren als Familie mit einem Teenager in der Ferienwohnung bei Erwin. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Da wir Amsterdam erkundeten, waren wir nicht viel in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt nah an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, so dass wir unser Auto stehen lassen konnten. Ein großer Vorteil ist der eigene Parkplatz, da die Parkgebühren in Amsterdam sehr teuer sind. Die Ferienwohnung empfehle ich auf jeden Fall weiter.

Tout petit duplex bien placé

J’ai réservé avec mes 2 ados 4 nuits dans ce duplex. Il est plutôt agréable avec un très bel environnement calme et joli et avec un accès rapide au tramway 2 qui mène au centre d’Amsterdam. Un Spar est tout à côté pour dépanner. L’hôte n’était pas présent à notre arrivée mais a été réactif et les échanges étaient tout à fait serviables. Je rejoins les avis précédents sur le fait que la location n’est pas adaptée pour 3 personnes. La salle de bain est riquiqui, il manque des aménagements, des crochets pour attacher des serviettes, ou un vêtement. Idem pour cuisiner et manger, c’est compliqué quand le canapé est ouvert en version lit, il n’y a plus de place pour manger autour de la petite table basse. Une table de jardin avec des chaises extérieures auraient été un plus. Conclusion : Je trouve le prix de la location beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations même si j’ai bien conscience que le logement à Amsterdam et sa région est coûteux.

schöne Unterkunft in Amsterdam

wir haben sehr genoßen mit dem Auto bis vor die Haustür zu fahren und das Auto an einem Ort stehen zu lassen um alles andere mit Rad und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erledigen. Das Haus bietet auf kleinem Raum alles was man braucht für einen schönen Stadtaufenthalt. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen. Hans & Bettina
