Detta hem har ett fullt utrustat kök med fullt utrustat kylskåp med ismaskin, ugn / intervall, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin (helt ny från och med januari 2018) och alla tillbehör du behöver förbereda allt från en gourmetmat till ett snabbt mellanmål .

Spelrum med TV / DVD, biljardbord, foosball och brädspel. Sportutrustning tillgänglig för användning i parken ut din bakdörr. Du har basket, tennis, putting green och lekplats finns i parken. Förutom att vara några minuter från Disney, ger detta hem snabb och enkel tillgång till de viktigaste motorvägarna som leder till alla centrala Florida attraktioner. Bekvämt beläget inom två miles hittar du livsmedelsbutiker, 24 timmars Walgreen's Pharmacy, tillsammans med många populära restauranger som Outback Steak House. We always enjoy staying in this home and return every year. The home is well cared for by the owners and staff. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great location that is close to the parks and shopping. You won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding residence and great location.

Perfect for a family. Our grandchildren loved the pool. We loved the quiet privacy of the yard with no neighbors behind. Quick 15 minutes to Disney and 25-30 minutes to Universal, 1 hour to Cocoa Beach. Good fast foods, restaurants, and a Walmart nearby. Super clean and felt at home. We would reserve again in a heartbeat!

Even better than expected!

We had a perfect experience staying here over spring break! The house was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The pool was amazing! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Orlando.

Nice house

We only stayed a few days but the house was kept nice and we liked it. I bit annoying with the alarm for the pool doors, that needs a fix (the plastic cover kept falling off). Great location and close to the toll road.

We really enjoyed the property. It was very close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was also close to the parks. It was nice to come back and get in the pool after a long day at the parks.

Perfect home centrally located to all attractions.

My whole family loved it!

Super close to everything Disney. Loved having the privacy of a home after an exhausting day at Disney. All 5 people could get a bath and not run out of hot water. The kids LOVED the pool. We had everything we needed. My sister is coming to FL in a few months and we recommended her this home to stay. ❤️

Fortune favors the Brave

Sadly, Milton made landfall the same day we were to arrive at this home. The owner was wonderful and in contact with updates. Thankfully there was minimal damage, the power came back on the day after and our Disney/Universal vacation was saved. The home was just what we needed. Plenty of space for our family group of 8. The pool was a hit at the end of the long days at the parks. The hot tub was a life saver for the adults!! everyone enjoyed the rec room. Thanks so much for all you did to help make our trip a success.

I am a retired teacher and Jerry is a retired firefighter. We are blessed with wonderful family and friends. Our children and grandchildren are our greatest joys!!! We love to sit out on the lanai and watch them play in the pool.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love our home because it is airy and comfortable. We are always finding ways to make it even more homey when we are there. It is close to so many great restaurants and so wonderfully close to Disney!!! Close to 3 golf courses, Universal is about 20 minutes away depending on traffic and a new $750 million dollar Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Resort is just 2 minutes down the road!

Having a park directly behind it with tennis, basketball courts, a play ground and a putting practice area makes our home unique!!! It is a wonderful quiet neighborhood and yet within five minutes you are up on the main road near restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment.
