Located out of the ''hustle and bustle'' of town but within minutes to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer! Only ten minutes from Nevada state line for South Lake Tahoe's famous night life & Heavenly ski area. Various lakes, trails, golfing, shopping and dining within minutes drive. Grocery stores and other amenities within 1 mile.

The home has a nice private feel with vacant land across the street. A doctor lives on one side, and a commonly used family cabin on the other. Both are great neighbors and we prioritize making sure our neighbors' "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! QUIET HOURS: Especially is very important on the hot tub deck while honoring the 10:00PM - 8:00AM quiet times and NO HOT TUB USE imposed and enforced by the county ordinance. Great home to make winter memories with family and friends

This home had a lot of space to accommodate our friends and family for escape from the hustles and bustle of work and life. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, pool table, and miniature ping-pong table. We also enjoyed cozying up in the couch with friends and family. It was nice to be able to park our vehicles (that had roof cargo boxes too) in the garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Retreat

We cannot say anything bad about our stay. It was a wonderful time. The place is a great find. We extend our gratitude to the owners, as they did an amazing job with this place. We celebrated my Mom’s birthday there and our whole family enjoyed our time together there. It was clean. Enough supplies, Erik is great in responding and I would definitely book this place or another property he manages.

Amazing home for groups

Erik was super attentive and helpful during our weekend stay. With all the bedrooms and large living areas, this home was perfect for a group of friends looking for a Tahoe getaway!

Tons of space

Had a great stay. Everything was just as described. Things that needed explanation (fireplace, hot tub, TV) had instructions readily available and were super easy to use. Tons of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and have time together or alone. Especially enjoyed the balcony on the cool mornings.

Great Friends Getaway

The house was perfect for our needs and easily fit all 4 families. The jacuzzi was clean and hit the spot. The patio made you feel like you were in a tree house. It was a special place. The pool table and the Nintendo Switch were great in the game room.

todo estubo bien, el alojamiento es muy comodo, las camas son esepcionales, tiene todo lo necesario para una familia de 13 personas que fue nuestro caso. una unica cosa, si vas en tiempo de verano el area de la cocina y sala comedor se calienta mucho, yo recomendaria un sistema de aire acondicion al menos para esta area. sufrimos cocinando el desayuno ya que realmente estaba muy caliente esta area. tambien tubimos un incidente con un oso, ya que mi hermano dejo unos panecillos en su auto y un oso travieso entro en el auto e hizo algunos daños en el asiento y guantera, pero por lo demas disfrutamos la estancia . si volveria a alojarme aqui pero en otras fechas menos calientes, o si actualizan el sistema de enfriamiento.

Family Vacation

Great place to stay. Plenty of space for all 11 of us. Only complaints were a few of the bed frames were squeaky and the pool table was not in the best shape. Hot tub was great. Nice deck for eating and sitting around. Plenty of space to eat indoors if you wanted. It was nice enough to eat outside most of the time for us. Kitchen was well supplied. It mentioned there were beach chairs but only found one. Nice having 2 laundry rooms. Good location. Absolutely loved all the trees surrounding the house. I think I can say for the rest of my family that we would love to stay there again some day.

Wedding & Family Reunion

The home is spacious and was the perfect size for our family of 12 - the kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed for cooking breakfast daily and the rooms were organized and clean. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and the deck. Erik was communicative and easily available. Thank you for our pleasant stay!

As advertised in every way. Convenient to skiing (purpose of our trip), grocery stores, South Lake Tahoe town, etc. The upstairs/downstairs living areas are great for a large group.

beautiful weekend near South Lake Tahoe

The house is beautiful inside and out, with every amenity you could want for a weekend in the mountains! It is very close to heavenly resort, and not too far from Kirkwood either. After a long day skiing, returning to this cozy spot to relax around the fire, enjoy the hot tub or barbecue some dinner was just right! Thank you to the hosts who set everything up for us, checkin was super easy and everything was taken care of and communicated well. Just... perfect! Sam

Beautiful cabin located in a secure area if you’re traveling with kiddos. The owner is really sweet and makes sure you have a pleasant stay and is easy to get a hold of. Definitely recommend this cabin and we would love to come back soon!

Wonderful Stay

Property was just as listed. Well equipped home, comfortable for a large family group. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, yet all be together -location was close to shopping and slopes. Overall a terrific stay, and bonus was newly added bedding and linens- very comfortable! Definitely recommend for large groups, our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Game room was a huge hit!!!

Great vacation home for our family

We were looking for a house to accommodate our three generation family and we were all very pleased to have selected this one. The house is large, well equipped, clean and fun. Beds were comfortable. TVs and fireplaces all worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Do bring food prep basics like cooking oil and coffee with you. The spa was a welcome bonus that we all enjoyed. Great stay. We hope to return again.

Great house for a group of friends

Every year six of us who have been friends since middle school get together to see new places and to play poker together. This house was a great venue. It's just about 15 minutes to South Lake Tahoe. It was wonderful being fifteen minutes to the casinos but out in the woods. Eric, the property manager, was excellent. Will definitely rent from him again!
