VÄLKOMMEN till vår PACIFIC PARADISE CONDO!
Vårt hem sitter på en bluff med utsikt över havet och har den mest fantastiska utsikt över vattnet. Du får njuta av fantastiska solnedgångar, höra kraschar vågor dag och natt, och känna att havet vindar genom de öppna fönstren. Du kan gå till stranden på mindre än 4 minuter och surfa, simma, boogie board, spela på stranden eller bara fånga några strålar. Det finns en fantastisk strandspår som du kan vandra eller cykla på hela vägen till Dana punkt eller bara en kvarts mil till en fantastisk restaurang med utsikt över havet på San Clemente pir.
Området vi bor i kallas "Pier Bowl" och är en av de mest eftertraktade stadsdelarna i San Clemente eftersom den har direkt tillgång till den bästa stranden i So-Cal och är belägen i sydvästra San Clemente, känd för fantastiska solnedgångar och lite till inget marinlager för fantastisk utsikt året runt.
Med stranden bara några steg bort kommer du aldrig mer otrolig utsikt över det djupblå havet än du kommer här. Ta i sikten och saltluften från matbordet när du njuter av din morgonkopp kaffe. Omedelbart efter frukosten kan du ta dig ner till stranden för att fånga några av de världsberömda Stilla vågorna. Våra mer äventyrliga gäster kommer absolut att älska havets närhet och vill spendera hela dagen på att spela, surfa och boogie boarding. Men om du hellre vill ta en lycklig tupplur i solen, eller njuta av den svala havbrisen, ska du aldrig rädda. Nere vid stranden hittar du flera strandstigar att utforska, den berömda piren San Clemente, samt några charmiga platser som är perfekta för en familjegrill. Efter en lång dag i Kaliforniens solsken, erbjuder det stora vardagsrummet gott om utrymme, bekväma möbler för avkoppling och stora fönster, perfekta för att få syn på de många magnifika solnedgångar du ser under din vistelse. De två sovrummen och badrummen är båda smakfullt inredda med ett nautiskt tema som gör att din fantasi kan löpa sig. Great location

Location was perfect. Walking down to the beach every morning and having coffee on the pier was exactly what I was looking for. Place was stocked with everything you need for the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, frisbee. Only thing I missed was a bbq. There is a big deck downstairs but no bbq. Minor thing, really, but missed it. Great view for the sunset, dipping behind Catalina Island. Well stocked with towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. Thank you.

Pacific Paradise is a great vacation stay!

Our two week stay at Pacific Paradise was perfect. The condo is very well equipped and it was easy to make it our home away from home. We especially appreciated the beach equipment! Beach chairs and umbrellas at previous VRBO properties we’ve stayed at were often unusable. But all of the equipment at Pacific paradise is top notch. The short ten minute walk to the beach and pier was certainly easier than trying to find a parking space at the beach - and it was good exercise. The wonderful ocean view from the “wall” of windows was beautiful to look at any time of day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to San Clemente.

Excellent property with amazing views and location!

What a wonderful property! The condo was very easy to find and was in an incredible location that was within walking distance to the San Clemente pier and Del Mar street with all of the restaurants and shops that it has to offer. The view was so beautiful, we spent every morning drinking coffee at the table and just looking out to the ocean. The bedrooms and baths were very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was also very well equipped. For quiet nights in, we were comfortable watching Netflix on the living room sectional with the gas fireplace on. The condo does have some stairs to enter but that did not bother us and the parking garage is great. We did have a couple of questions during our stay and with one text, Denise called back right away to address them. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us. We plan to come back soon.

Very Nice Get-Away

Ocean view and cool breezes were especially nice. Proximity to the San Clemente pier and beach were great, a 6 minute walk. If your group has more than 1 car, this condo has off street parking for 2 full size cars or 3 smaller ones. There are 28 steps to climb the stairs to this condo, but we knew that when we picked this unit. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We encountered a small problem with the televisions, but the owners were extremely responsive in helping to solve the issue. We would rent this condo again.

Great Location

Property is in a great location very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo is comfortable, well furnished and had great views. The hosts are very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place. The description is accurate and the beach area is great. My only input is that if you are not in shape, the stairs can be difficult. You need to go up 3 flights to get your luggage in the house. However, if you go down to the beach via the stairs... you can come up via the street which is easier. (this is from a 60 something year old). We found this much better than taking the stairs. Overall, a wonderful place with everything you could ever need. Thanks Dennis and Denise for a great place.

Amazing beach apartment

We loved this place. It was very clean and well set up and close to everything you could want or need. I can't wait to go back. There are a lot of stairs to climb both to the apartment and to the beach, so this is why the views are so fantastic. The hosts were excellent as well and very quick to respond to our questions and happy to make recommendations.

Conevnient Location with Spectacular View and Exceptional Accommodations

We very much enjoyed our stay at Denise and Dennis Massey’s rental unit. The unit itself was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable to spend our vacation time as the layout was easy in which to settle. The beauty of the view from the unit is incomparable. As they say in real estate, LOCATION is everything. It’s just a short walk to the San Clemente Pier and our favorite restaurants, The Fishermans for dinner and The Creperie for breakfast. Our daily walks on the beach trails at the bottom of the access stairway were enjoyable. With good planning things always seem to go well, but the real test is when a problem arises and you need a solution. Whenever we had concerns due to being in an unfamiliar living situation the Masseys responded to our request within minutes which we very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay.

Room with a View

We had a fabulous time at this property! Upon arriving I was most pleased at how clean it was! The view was awesome and so close to everything. The steps would be steep for those who have difficulty climbing stairs as there are many. But the great thing is to just take your time if thats the case! We had a great 10 days and would love to go again!!! Thank you for keeping your place so inviting! k

Fabulous Location, Beautiful Views and Perfectly Decorated

We were so pleased with this Condo when we arrived. Prior to arrival Dennis and Denise were great to work with. They responded very quickly and were very accommodating regarding our length of stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and one side of the condo is all windows looking out onto the ocean. I was there with my older teenage son and younger daughter. We were all spoiled to have our own space and also the three TVs for the evening hours which the kids loved. The decorating is very modern as well as the kitchen and furniture. It was great to have the beach toys, beach towels, bags and boogie boards available to us as well. They had everything needed for a great vacation. San Clemente is a wonderful, quiet town without the busy feel of southern California. The Condo is just a couple streets away from the Pier area and located right above the beach. If I have the opportunity to go back to this area in the future I would be thrilled to be able to stay at the Pacific Paradise again!

Denise and I have always loved the beach, especially the San Clemente Pier Bowl. We still work at our jobs enjoying our business relationships with our coworkers. We enjoy spending time with our 4 boys, which range from 27years old to 34years old. We love the active life of traveling, visiting family, sports and enjoying the sun and surf at the beach. We look forward to many fun and enjoyable nights at the Pacific Paradise Penthouse (PPP) and hope that our guests enjoy it also!

The Pacific Paradise is now a reality for us. We have been vacationing at the beach for many, many years and have enjoyed the pier-bowl area with our family. We love the fantastic restaurants, the close proximity to the sand, the San Clemente Pier, the waves and surf for outstanding family adventures. The Pacific Paradise Condo takes a few steps to get up to but the Penthouse View of the Ocean, sale boats and even whales are well worth it!
