This location and condo was perfect! The communication was great, the view was beautiful, great location, and the beds were comfy. We went as a family of 5, and everyone loved it!

The location of this property was fantastic, with a wonderful stretch of beach for guests. Many, many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The condo was very spacious and immaculate, with comfortable furniture, a big kitchen area, and every convenience a family would need.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more and the condo was perfect for the seven of us. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishware and utensils and it was perfectly decorated. It was a short walking distance to area entertainment and shops which was wonderful because we went the week before July 4th holiday and the traffic was very busy. The pool was perfect and as a side note security takes wrist bands seriously! We will hopefully be coming down again next year and would love to stay here again.

Great stay here! We've stayed in this area many times, including in the same Sunset Beach development, and this was our favorite spot yet. Good layout, easy access to beach/pool, plenty of space and very well maintained. Had reason to contact the owner (not property related) and he was very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful views and sunsets! Walk to shopping and dining. Owners were very responsive to questions. Unit is spacious, updated and has good TV’s! We look forward to returning.

The view of the Gulf was fantastic. Easily walkable to shopping and dinning. Unit was very clean and well equipped for cooking. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Great Place Great Experience

This place is bigger than it looks in pictures and has a phenomenal location. Just steps from the beach! Was great they had beach chairs! Was a great little weekend getaway for our family!

Great place to be

My family and I were celebrating my 65th birthday and we took my 18 month grandson to the beach for his first time It was a perfect place and we couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely plan to stay there again

After 7 years of coming to 30a THIS was our favorite condo yet! We are booking for next year now! The location is perfect. Walkable to Alys beach and Rosemary with an easy 1/2 mile walk. The views from the large porch is worth every penny! Loved it!

Loved loved loved our stay at Cousin's Cabana.

The property is (beautiful) perfect for a family, and super easy access to the pool and beach. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening to watch the sunset and enjoy the beautiful water.
