Vackert inredda 4 våningar lägenhet i centrala Pismo Beach bara 2 kvarter från stranden !!!! Denna vackra nya tillägg är 3 sovrum 3. 5 badrum. 11 sovplatser. Bifogat två bil garage. Privat studio ligger på nedervåningen med king size-säng och 2 dubbelsäng (s), 32 tum TV, pentry med handfat, litet kylskåp, kaffebryggare och ett komplett badrum. Entréplan (nivå 2) är där vardagsrum och kök finns. Liggande soffa och soffa, 50 tums TV, 3/4 badrum, matsal med plats för sex och en bar med 4 barstolar. Köket har rostfritt stål apparater och stora skafferi w / lagringsutrymme. Den tredje våningen är där du kommer att hitta sovrummet med en king size-säng tillsammans med tre gånger tvilling sovhyttar, 32 tums TV och stort badrum. Gästrummet har en queen size-säng och tre våningssängar, full hall badrum och tvättstuga som leder till takterrassen. Tak däck !!! Njut av den hänförande panoramautsikt (hav, stad och berg) & andas den friska havsluften !! Perfect for the Fam

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, and perfectly located close to the beach and pier. The kitchen was well-stocked for family cooking and the rooftop deck was a great place to grill and enjoy the sunset and ocean views. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for the memories!

Very Clean, great location

House is very clean. Very short walk to the pier, restaurants, shops. 3 Bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, which is on the main floor. I was able to wash laundry, and go back with clean clothes (yah for no washing a luggage full) Details are in place, with even the towels being folded perfectly. Thank you for allowing our group to stay here. Notes to owner/ PM- cement lip entering stairwell to 2nd Floor recomment adding red tape so that peopls are aware there is a step there .

Great location and place!!!

This condo had all the touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect just a short five minute walk to the pier. Parking was horrible, but not if you stay here the two car garage was a live saver. At the end of the day the rooftop patio and fireplace were perfect to watch the sunset, if the fog hasn’t set in. But, if it has you have a wonderful fireplace to warm by. We would definitely stay here again if staying in the area.

Getaway

Great location. Everything was walkable. Would be nice to have double beds in a few rooms instead of a few extra mattress that go on the ground. But all in all a great spot.

Great rental centrally located

This is a great beach rental located a short walk to the beach. It’s our second time renting it and love the location. There are lots of stairs and I would not recommend it for small children as the 3rd bedroom is separated from the others. It works perfect for a family with older kids. The only improvement would be to put dressers in the rooms so you have drawer space, there could easily be put under the TVs otherwise the place is perfect

Nice property/ great locations

Our son is at UC Santa Cruz and we are just north of LA, this location is a great middle-ground for us to meet. Super clean, well decorated, and ideal for a weekend getaway. For a quick weekend, I love a location you can park and not have to get in the car again, and still walk to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants, as well as finish the night with a firepit on the rooftop.

Great condo in downtown Pismo

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio with fire pit and the location close to downtown and the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and well appointed with comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Be sure to read the description to understand that there are a lot of stairs, one bedroom is downstairs with separate entrance, and that the extra beds are portable fold up sleepers so might not be ideal if you have a lot of adults. Also, you are downtown so it can be loud at night. Management was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Great property for big families

This property was nice and big, comfy and full of everything a family needs! Our 6 kids ranged from 7-14, so with the 4 story property it wasn’t a problem for us, but would probably be a bit difficult with toddlers. We loved the comfy, fold out twin beds (and want to purchase them ourselves now!) that allowed for cousin sleep overs and being able to provide flexibility with sleeping. We could walk to the beach and downtown, as well as many family friendly eating places. We also loved the amazing view from the rooftop! Check in and check-out and the whole process was easy and efficient! Rhonda was super helpful at messaging on the VRBO app and answering every question! Highly recommend!

Amazing

We celebrated my Wife Birthday and had a blast. Perfect location to everything and the Condom was more then perfect. The beds were supper comfortable and bath towels were also great. Clean rooms clean bathrooms everything. The patio upstairs was awesome Perfect view of the Ocean 360 degrees mountains. Have nothing negative to say it was a blast

Clean property downtown Pismo

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property, great location. Easy/close walk to the beach, pier, shops, restaurants. Very clean, beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and linens. Definitely recommend. One thing to note is there are a lot of stairs in this property, so just keep that in mind depending on the age/mobility of your guests.

Beach Daze

Hello. This property was very clean and in a good location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. My family enjoyed our stay, but would not stay again for 2 reasons that may intrigue others. First, I have children, lots of them, 3 of them are under 4 and the stairs were quite a challenge and there are 4 stories so stairs cannot be avoided. We immediately went to wal Mart to purchase gates. Second, being that it is centrally located and seems to be other rentals surrounding the property it was quite noisy at night. Overall our stay was full of great memories. I would suggest this home for 10yrs +.

Immaculate

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful area. The host was amazing. There are a few key notes we did run out of paper products pretty quickly and the rooftop fire place is hard to start.
