Och vi har parkering utanför gatan! Detta hem är i PISMO STRAND (många hus som är listade på VRBO finns inte i Pismo Beach. Var försiktig). Vi äger också hemmet bredvid, om du är en större grupp. Det hemmet är listat som VRBO # 2830. Observera att veckopriser är rabatterade.

Granit, marmor och kakel är i hela denna väl dekorerade Pismo Beach semesteruthyrning. Den stora 450 kvm däck, med en gas BBQ. Familjerum har en 46 "Samsung HDTV med DVR och DVD. Sovrummen är King, King, King och Queen. Huset rymmer 8 personer och vår maximala beläggning är 10 personer.

Huset ligger 50 meter från den stora sandstranden och ett kvarter från piren och Pismo Beach centrum med 40+ fantastiska restauranger.

Det vackra köket har bänkskivor, nya skåp, vackert handmålad väggmålning, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och ugn. Köket har en otrolig utsikt från piren till slutet av Pismo Beach. Denna Pismo Beach semesteruthyrning ligger 50 meter från den stora sandstranden. STOR PLATS! GÅ TILL ALLT!

Alla våra hem rengörs och hanteras professionellt. Vi använde Peacock Alley sängkläder och täcken som rengörs professionellt efter varje vistelse.

Best VRBO Experience

This property was like staying at a mini resort. It's clean and well accommodated with everything we needed. Location is spectacular! I plan on reserving the property next year and hope to make it a yearly family vacation spot.

Family Stay

We needed a place to stay for my father's 90th birthday weekend. This place is wonderful. It is a block or so from the Pismo pier and located in a quiet area just off downtown Pismo. Communications with the owner was super easy and we had no problems with making arrangements or during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay again if the this place was available at a time we had a number of people who worked well with this place. Thank you.

Annual Family Beach Trip

The property was described to a tee and very clean. Super close to everything by a short walk. Great location for a family get together, just wish we could have had our dog with us. We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Location

We had a wonderful girls trip. The beach restaurants and shopping are all walking distance or a short drive. The homeowner has done a fabulous job with this property. We will be back!

Pismo - Weekend Retreat

Lovely home a block from the beach and the location to everything was perfect for our party of 6. The view from the patio and the living room could not be beat! We would definitely recommend it and we hope to return for another trip in the future. Thank you Laurie!

Always perfect for us

We have now stayed in the Stimson houses 4 times for family reunions. They are clean, comfortable, and well prepared for our convenience with the bonus of being in a beautiful spot in sight of the pier.

Very good property and great location. Only couple issues. Keurig did not work. Keurig displayed noted needed to be descaled. TV in upstairs not connected to WiFi so property manager had to come over to get working. Nice to have had that working when checked in. Would have been helpful to have beach towels.

The house is beautiful and could not be in a more ideal location! The view from the deck is breathtaking and literally 1 minute from the beautiful beach. The amenities were perfect and we felt very comfortable there.

Sibling Reunion

Loved this home! Clean, well kept, and beautifully decorated. Living space was perfect for chatting and we loved the big corner window with a view of the ocean. The kitchen was a plus, too! Loved the Keurig as well as the regular coffee maker. The dishes and silverware were ample and well coordinated. Used both the table and bar for eating. Loved the king bedrooms, each with a bath!

Great house! Amazing Location!!!

Spent 5 days with family and kids at this beautiful, clean and spacious home. Each room was comfortable for every couple and our kids. With 3 1/2 bathrooms there was never an issue with having to share. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook. The deck was great with partial view of beach and pier and the best part was being a 30 second walk to the beach and downtown. Already planning our next stay here!

Spacious home with perfect location!

We had a great time at this Pismo home! It had everything we wanted and needed. A view, a lovely wrap around balcony, the most ideal walking location to the beach/downtown/kids park, plenty of space for our family (our family (2 kids), my mom, sister, niece and in laws), parking for 3 cars!!! My family kept thanking me for finding such an awesome place for us to stay. We walked down to ‘cool cats’ one night and bought food back as we wanted to enjoy the house more than eating out (was great food by the way!) We had a fantastic stay. Thanks for having us!

Great for 3 couples plus a few small kids

Beautiful property with a great view and very well stocked with most everything we needed for a fun extended family gathering. Comfortable King beds for the adults. Nicely decorated 2-level home with wrap-around balcony and a gas BBQ (we used it twice!). Very conveniently located and within walking distance to the beach and shops. Pismo has some great restaurants and a cinnamon roll bakery too ;-). Pretty good chance we'll be back!!! Thank you!!!

Convenient and Roomy!

I have stayed at this property over the years and it's a fantastic stay. From the convenient layout of the property to the proximity to downtown, what a great stay for girls weekend away. This property is very quiet. Aboutbthe only thing you may hear is the birds chirping early in the morning. Parking is great and even late at night it is safe to move about. One more thing I have to mention is the opulence of the bedding....first rate!

Great location...........But

The house has an amazing location. The only problem we had was how dirty the kitchen and deck were. Cabinets were grimey. Gross to touch. The icemaker is disgusting. The deck is in dire need of a power wash. The grill is beyond words how dirty it was. If you are planning to cook, beware. Rest of the unit was clean . Bathrooms were spotless, Would love to stay there again if it was cleaner

Great house in amazing location

We had a great time at this home. My mom, husband, brother, and sister-in-law comfortably stayed here with our 5 kids. The location is perfect. We walked to Old West Cinnamon Rolls every morning for breakfast. We then went to the pier or the awesome little playground next to the pier to burn off some energy. The walk to the beach is super easy, even for the little legs of our 2-year-old. We also ate at the restaurants within walking distance and had a few drinks at local hotels for quick date nights. (Lunch/Dinner: Pismo Fish and Chips, Rosa's, Splash Cafe, Mo's BBQ, Ada's Fish House. Drinks: Sandcastle Hotel, Vespera Resort, Inn at the Pier, and Oyster Bar.) We would return to all of them. Accommodations worked well also. 2 rooms and a bathroom for our family, an en-suite for my brother's family, and an en-suite for my mom. (Our kids actually rotated sleeping in the closet on the first floor because it reminded them of Harry Potter's closet beneath the stairs :-) ) Communication with the property manager was excellent. Always responded quickly and clearly. We were here for a full week and truly enjoyed our time. I would strongly recommend sharing this home with your family. Only minor thing we would suggest is a good carpet cleaning for the stairs and upstairs rug.

Location Location Location

Our family decided to take three days to get away from everyday stress and Pismo was our destination of choice. The house is nice. It’s not luxurious but clean, certainly sufficient for up to 10 people but you will need a blow up mattress for two people of staying with 10. Laurie the property manager and point of contact was really pleasant and so incredibly responsive. It makes everything so much more enjoyable when you have questions and receive such rapid responses from the property manager. The big seller here is location. You can’t beat the location of the house. It is just steps from the beach and pier as well as downtown Pismo which has a ton of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Laurie!

Location, Location, Location! We love that we never use our car when we are in town. While we are downtown and right by the pier, it is surprising quiet at night. I love this house since we can be in "the middle of everything" in seconds, yet retreat to the privacy of our home. The kids love to walk through town, while I enjoy being on our deck.
