Keep looking. It was disappointing.

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a very large cockroach when we pulled out the sofa sleeper. The 3 towels in the bathroom smelled like mildew. The entire place is dark & dinghy. I texted the number given with my concerns as well as sent a message on VRBO. No response to the text but i did get a reply on vrbo telling me to call the next morning to discuss options I called and left a voicemail but never received a call back. Completely unacceptable! The location of the condo was great but that was the ONLY great thing about it. Please read listing carefully before booking as you will gave to eat out every meal. Would not stay with this gost again.

Condo on the edge of the Hills

Property was clean and maintained. The condo is very dark unless the curtains are open. Not comfortable with everyone seeing in on the first floor. Communication was good. Would recommend to others but would be up front with them about privacy especially right in front of the pool. Great location to walk downtown.

Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying here! The area was perfect and very close to the downtown area! This was very convenient in order to avoid having to pay for parking. We were also very pleased with the property and did not experience any issues! The host was amazing and is excellent at communicating and ensuring that you have a lovely visit! We definitely will be booking this property again in the future!

Perfect location!

Overall this property is a five. The owners were great to communicate with via text. Our only word of advice to next person who uses this property is if you will have more than two people or be there for more than two nights take additional towels, wash clothes and hand towels. There were only a few of each and we were there for four nights so we ended up purchasing a few of each to last our time there. Also, a bath rug. There is nothing to step out of shower on, so I would bring one with you. All that said, it was the perfect spot to spend our honeymoon and would consider staying there again. The location to downtown Gatlinburg is perfect. The building complex was quiet and felt very safe.

New Year's Eve in Gatlinburg

This condo has a trolley stop right in front of it. It's easy walking distance to the main street in Gatlinburg. We parked our car and walked to most places, used the trolley a couple times and let me say the trolley is free! We enjoyed our stay here it was cozy and comfortable!

Checked in on sunday, that part was easy and smooth. Unfortunately, after that, not so great. When turning on the bathroom fan, it made a tertible noise. While in there, noticed hairs on the floor, as well as in the tub drain, and then on kitchen floor. The living room was ok, however the comfy chair mentioned in the description sits directly in front of the fireplace and must be moved to use the fireplace. There were 2 lamps in living room (no overhead), which is totally fine, except one of the lamps didn't have a bulb. We emailed host that day, hoping to get the issues taken care of, but no response. The second night we noticed water on the bathroom floor, it wss actually pouring from the back of the toilet tank. We were able to temporarily fix it, seemed pointless to reach out to owners since they had never responded. The day before leaving we received the check out message from host. I responded again regarding issues. He said we got the message and will fix when you leave Well gee, thanks. Our last morning, the toilet was continuing to fill and flush on its own. At that point we left. Kinda amused that a review from last Dec mentions similar toilet and lamp issues. Obviously hosts aren't too concerned with upkeep. Would not recommend.

Perfect location

The complex was quiet and was the perfect location to the shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts checked on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The door code was sent to us a few days before our stay. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Outstanding place

The property is outstanding - clean, spacious, warm, welcoming. The owners communicate very well and just right - not too much and not too little. Just enough to make it easy. Check-in was very smooth. Location of the property is awesome right next to Smokies. Relatively affordable. Would visit again.
