Gå in i detta rymliga radhus på tre nivåer till en foajé med bänkar för att sitta och ta bort ytterutrustningen. Genom foajén och till höger finns en hall som leder till ett halvt badrum och tvättgarderoben med staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare men fortsätt rakt fram till vardagsrum, matsal och kök samt dörren till bakdäck. Vardagsrummet har två soffor, en vedeldad spis och platt-TV. Det kompletta köket har mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Matbordet har sex plats med ytterligare fyra stolar i närheten vid köksbänken. Dessutom finns det en delad luftkonditionering i matplatsen för att kyla denna nivå på radhuset.

Från vardagsrummet ner ner till ett andra vardagsrum med platt-TV, två sovrum och ett fullt delat badrum. Sovrummet till höger har två uppsättningar våningssängar, medan sovrummet till vänster erbjuder en drottningssäng. Det kompletta badet är bekvämt beläget mellan sovrummen.

Res tillbaka upp till huvudnivån för entrénivån och resa på övervåningen för att hitta ytterligare två sovrum med vardera sitt eget privata badrum och luftkonditioneringsdelning. Det stora sovrummet till höger har en queen size-säng. Det sista sovrummet har två enkelsängar.

Njut av medlemskap i Forest Ridge Club House, med inomhuspool, uppvärmd utomhuspool, tennisbanor och ett däck med utsikt över ett privat damm. Loon Mountain ligger bara en kort bilresa bort och det finns skyttelbussar helger och helgdagar under säsongen.

Pool och fitnessklubb kan vara otillgängliga under korta perioder på grund av mekaniskt eller fysiskt underhåll. Tillträde kan nekas för att inte klubbens regler följs.

Weekend

Location is great, lots of room for big families or friend group. Unit is mostly mid 1980s fell and could use an update but its clean and functional.

Great Location in the Mountains

Perfect location for enjoying the mountains and lots of room for 4 adults, 4 teens, and 2 dogs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the condo had a slight musty/cleaning chemical smell, and the pool/fitness area had to be closed early because it didn't have enough staff the nights we were there. Overall though, I would recommend it for a nice mountain getaway.

Family Getaway

Property was wonderful, we loved how close we were to Loon Mountain, river, and shops. On the second day of our stay, we noticed late at night we didn't have hot water, the property manager was quick to respond and offered alternative resources until the problem was fixed. Water heating company came by first thing in the morning next day. We were very impressed and happy on how quickly the problem was addressed. Planning to go back again in wintertime and will recommend 100%!

Friends Retreat

We contacted the management company and they quickly resolved the first of a fry pan. As we enjoy cooking and we were a small group we made do. The area is gorgeous, and very quiet during our stay. The pools were refreshing and although we didn't use it the exercise room looked nice.The club house also offers games, puzzles and books to borrow.

Worked for our last minute needs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental unit was fine. We had a small issue of not getting the lockbox code via email due to not having service, but we were able to call and get it easily from the office. We booked pretty last minute so it was too big for our needs, but nice to have the space. It did have a musty smell, especially the lower basement level though we didnt need it. I wouldn't sleep down there or want anyone else to if we had needed the space. Everything was clean,instructions were clear. I do wish we had gotten 2 keys and that there were some homey touches as it felt very sparce.Overall it worked extremely well for our needs

Four Generations Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great bonding family vacation at Forest Ridge. My Daughter, Granddaughter and two Great Grandsons, and our 2 chihuahuas were able to really relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the White Mountains even though it rained every day. We made the best of it by just being together and laughing and making beautiful memories. I've been coming up to the White Mountains for the last 50 years. It's the one place we can truly relax and find peace. It was great to see how happy my daughter and her daughter were to see my Great Grandsons enjoying the same things they used to do when they were the boys' ages. We went to Clark's Trading Post and had a great time. We also went to Story Land and the Squam Lakes Science Center. Again, both days were downpours, but it didn't matter because we were all together and had so many laughs. This wouldn't have been possible in a cramped hotel room. It was nice to each have our own separate bedrooms and to be able to cook our meals and relax, instead of rushing out to a restaurant for every meal. We did enjoy going out to eat breakfast at Flap Jacks. The food was delicious and the boys loved the little train that circled the entire restaurant. We hope to be able to rent the same unit again either this Summer or in the Fall. The boys really looked forward to swimming in the indoor pool every day after spending the days outside. The Loon Reservation staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything

Great location. Quiet area. Smoke space for 9 of us (8 adults and 1 child). Large unit.

Easy to rent. Loon reservation services was very responsive. Smooth transaction with all necessary details provided. Just Wish they could have fixed our broken TV.

Excellent Unit. A Great Deal of Room. Good Location

Overall impression was very good. A very minor complaint was that there was no outdoor grill, and no outdoor seating areas at the unit. It is hard to cook hamburgers and hot dogs on a stove top. Maybe, they can not have this for insurance purposes. If I had known, I would have brought a small propane stove I have at home.

Fun family weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 8 folks and the rooms were ample to accomdate all of us and clean. Given the pandemic - the place was ideal , with no contact whatsoever with any individual . The kitchen was well utilized by us and had enough dishes , pots and pans.
