Excellent Location

We loved the location of the property, and the gulf views from the patio were amazing. We had easy access to the beach and the pool, The location is near the Blue Angels show so we only had a short drive. The kids loved the show! We had everything we needed, and the host responded quickly to any needs. We had a great trip. Thank you!

Beautiful Location!!

We found this property last minute, but it was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was clean, well stocked and convenient. Highly recommend this location as your beach getaway. We WILL be staying again in the future!!

Enjoyed our stay

A great property for a stay in Pensacola Beach. Easy check-in. Property manager communicated well to help with what we needed. We didn’t use the pool due to weather, but enjoyed the beach.

Very nice location with spacious patio

Overall, we enjoyed the property. The location and proximity to the beach was very nice. The pool is ample, but not heated so I used it as a cold water therapy plunge pool. The furnishings in the condo are a bit worn out and could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed the stay.

We had an incredible stay at this condo, the deck is absolutely amazing, and the sounds of the rolling waves put us to sleep each night. We could not have pictured a better vacation in a better spot. Thank you so much!

End of Summer Trip

Nice stay, was sent wrong instructions for check-in which was frustrating after a long day of travel: the sliding door to the patio was DIFFICULT to slide! However, the patio was amazing, you just want to curse getting to it. Overall a nice place and nice location.

Getaway to our favorite place!

First time staying in San Souci. Location was superb. Condo was roomy and spacious. Decor was warm and welcoming. Cleaning service could have been a bit more detailed. Despite that we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great Week

The property was nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. There could have been a few more towels offered in the condo. Did not like the washer/dryer situation, but not a deal breaker at all. The condo was nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Great condo unit 102 @ Sans Souci @ Pensacola Beach

Unit beautifully updated since our last stay there; staff at Pensacola Beach Properties couldn’t have been any nicer, more helpful & pleasant to deal with. We will definitely use PBR in the future & would appreciate notification of any specials, promotions ,etc regarding condos in Pensacola Beach . Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Great location

The unit was as advertised. There were issues with the air conditioning in this unit. Also the unit could use a deep cleaning. We had them replace a moldy shower curtain while we were there. The location can't be beat though. Great for people who like to come and go during the day to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool.

Wonderful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hesitate to tell anyone honestly what I think about this condo and the management company because I don't want it to get so popular that I have a hard time booking it. But in fairness to the owners, here goes. I don't think there is a location on Pensacola Beach that is closer to the water. The condo was immaculately clean. The furnishings were new and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that you could want. There was a slight drainage problem in one of the tubs and it was fixed in thirty minutes by a very pleasant polite young man. The different members of the staff at the management company that I talked with could not have been nicer or more helpful. 5 stars.

Wonderful Stay at Sans Souci

We had the best time. The weather was amazing, the location of the condo was top notch from being first floor and practically located on the beach to being close to everything! Our interaction with the property manager was very minimal. Everything was communicated clearly and we had no issues while we were there! Planning next year already!

Anniversary Trip

We had all information for check in before we arrived. Check in was easy. Any questions we had the property manager got back with us within the hour. Very clean and located in a great area. My husband and I had a great time for our anniversary trip. We definitely want to go back and stay again. The deck was a plus for a great view of the ocean and sunsets!

Quiet Spring Break

Great place and location! Quiet and very relaxing! We loved the beach front patio right out of the front door. Our only complaint was the inconvenience of the laundry room and you have to pay for it. You can get equally as nice condos with in room washer and dryer for comparable pricing.

Great host very good customer service, location is amazing. Pictures beach community all amazing cons- poor ventilation very humid to many rules at check out, have to bring key to office, take out trash, turn up air, lock windows and doors , run dishwasher and others and for that reason. I wouldn’t book again
