Cozy, Comfortable, Good Location

Our stay was nice even with the rough start since the lockbox did not work. Property management was very responsive and sent someone out to fix the lock immediately. The property was as expected and nicely cleaned. The cookware was above average which was very pleasing. The power outlets and tv did not work in the master bedroom, however I think this is an easy fix. The location was close to town and had easy access to ski resort. Overall our family had a nice, cozy and comfortable winter weekend trip at this property and would come again.

Tops the List!

I picked this home because of the location and price, plus the pictures were charming. This home exceeded all of my expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. It has all of the nice modern amenities. The bed was so comfortable! Love the Jacuzzi. Really, really nice kitchen. Super clean. I will definitely stay here again. One of the nicest homes I've stayed in at Big Bear so far.

Cozy Cabin

The property had all the amenities we were looking for. From the fireplace inside to the spa and barbecue outside it was a very nice property. Location was nice. The area was being renovated and had nice shops and eateries. We were 10 minutes away from downtown Big Bear. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anybody looking to go up to Big Bear for a weekend.

Lovely, well-furnished spot in a great location

This place was in a great location in Moonridge. It managed to simultaneously have tons of amenities, while also having ample space for our things. I will definitely plan to stay here next time we're in Big Bear!

Perfect

Wanting to get away from the July 4th fireworks and noise we chose the Cozy Cottage for a few days. We made the right decision, location was great, neighborhood quiet, and the cottage was nicely updated and clean. We won't hesitate to return in the future.

Cute cottage

Great place to stay. Can walk to Dank Donuts and other shops nearby. Zoo is super close. You do have to take your trash to the property management a few minutes away. Upon arrival, I did notice dog hair on the bedroom rug and hairs in the bathroom- which is why I took off a star. A shelf in the bathroom vanity was broken and a cupboard door in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute remodeled cottage

We had a great stay here in may while Jeeping the daytime and home base at night. Everything was clean and comfortable. We didn’t expect one thing, the only bathroom was downstairs and the rooms are upstairs. Up to a certain age that is not a concern, but those of us older than that it does. But not enough to detour us from returning. The management company was great too. Always responding and nice as can be.

Great stay, nice property. Not vacuumed under chair and few other spots missed with vacuum. Also, the spa was a bit dirty with cloudiness initially but got cleaner with time.

Birthday gift/trip with my husband.

The location was easy to find, the cabin was cute with an updated interior and looked similar to the advertisement. We were extremely disappointed to see an out of order sticker on the fireplace. Renting a cabin in Big Bear with cold temperatures, it was important that we had a fireplace. We used the phone number provided to text and a different phone number to call the support team but after 3 hours of waiting, no one had responded to the property. We were told it does work but the remote had a child lock on it and my husband was finally able to Google how to unlock the settings. He was beyond frustrated with the situation and service. He booked this trip for my birthday weekend and was very disappointed. We planned on going in the hot tub and then playing cards in the evening. Instead, we soent time trying to fix the fireplace remote and never made it in the hot tub.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this property with our dogs. The cabin looked just like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. The electric car charger was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Quaint little cabin in the neighborhood

Clean - easy to find cabin. Lock boxes are all over the place (look for the one marked "guest" on the pole). Quiet neighborhood. Didn't try the spa (the water looked a little "hazy" for my tastes. Relatively close to everything (15min drive).

Summer weekend getaway

We loved this house and it was very well appointed. I just wish checkout wasn’t 10am. It’s so hard to get teens motivated that early and for a quick weekend getaway, noon would have been much more reasonable. Overall great house and location.

Cute, comfortable property.

The property itself was great. Comfortable and clean inside. The management company could have done a better job with communicating back to us and cleaning up the outside of the property. There were not enough wash clothes and hand towels for 5 guests (property accommodations 5) and when emailed, there was no response back. The backyard/spa area could have been cleaned up better (pollen, spiderwebs, general dirt that hadn’t been swept) but overall was still fine. Would have been nice to not have to clean this up while on vacation though. Checking in has limited hours and while we then say this after the fact (our mistake), we feel they should be present on the fi
