Nice stay

A great place to stay, conveniently located near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. However, it was a bit challenging to find the entrance to the house. We parked in the correct garage, but weren't sure which house was the right one. The resturants and grocery store was also really close Overall I think it was a nice stay

Lovely!

Roomy and comfortable. Well appointed and decorated, except for patio which needed an umbrella or shading so we could sit outside. It was just too hot in the sun. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Evolve management was extremely well organized and clear in all interactions. I highly recommend this lodging for visitors to the area.

Short vacation

Nice property, very clean, well stocked with everything you would need. Good, quiet neighborhood on outskirts of town. Turnoff easy to miss in the dark. Close to downtown & easy drive to RMNP. WiFi not great but otherwise everything was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty View, So-So Condition

Overall was a pretty good stay, nice to be close to town but the property wasn’t anything to write home about. Not sure I would stay again.Positives: Close to town, great view of the golf course with lots of wildlifeNegatives: The house is not in great condition, essentially all of the baseboards downstairs were not attached and there were random piles of extras, the beds were some of the worst I’ve ever slept on, they’re extremely strict on check in time (not even 5 min earlier than 4 PM)

We are from South Texas, so getting to see the mountains and the snow is a new experience for us. The house is very pretty and cozy, and has everything needed for everyhting!!

Nice but not great

The location is good but there were some issues with the property. 1) The bedspread was dirty — something smeared on the top of it. 2) Floor of main shower feels like it is going to give way at any moment. A problem with the subfloor? 3) Carpets were filthy. 4) Other floors were dirty too. So not an ideal stay at all. Very disappointing.

National Park Tour

This was our first stop on a national park tour. We found this property to be amazing for this visit. The description of the property was spot on. The condo was super convenient and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked for fixing meals. We couldn't have been happier with this stay.

Perfect location

This Estes Park location is perfect for visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park and shops/restaurants. The access to the house and garage for our car was very easy to use, and the neighborhood/area was peaceful and quiet.

Great place with one exception

The townhouse on the golf course was a very comfortable well equipped house. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Great location, close to town and quiet. Having elk as your neighbors was a nice touch. The only problem we had was communication with the property manager. The downstairs TV did not work and the garage which the contract stated we were to use was not accessible. There were thunderstorms with some hail (turned out to be small) so we wanted to put the car away. We told him of our problems and he said he'd have to contact the owner. We never heard back from him.

The Kitchen had all kinds of pans and utensils to cook with. The deck had an awesome view of the mountains and golf course. We Loved the 2 sink bathroom lots of room to get ready.

New Year’s getaway

Winter wonderland adventure for us. The condo served as a cozy home base as we explored RMNP and surrounding areas. The condo was well stocked and clean. The slip cover over the sofa seems a bit tired and worn but it was clean. The home was centrally located and quiet. Deer was spotted outside as well as local birds. Very much enjoyed our stay. Amazing place!

This place did not disappoint. The view was amazing. The Elk were in the back yard daily. Hearing their calls and seeing them close up was an unforgettable experience. We would definitely stay here again for any future trips to Estes Park.

Fantastic stay at Elk View Retreat

Excellent stay! Highly recommended!

Excellent experience! Fantastic location, just a minute from downtown. Located in a quiet area, just off a golf course with a beautiful view of the mountains from deck and master Bedroom. Elk in the back yard every evening and morning… kids LOVED it! House has EVERYTHING you could need… we are nearly exclusively at the house. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great Experience!! Nice property with a very convenient location to downtown Estes, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Fully equipped with tons of items to make your stay easier, kitchen items, entertainment items, laundry, etc. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Very comfortable stay. Great view

We loved watching elk walk past the deck in the mornings. The house was clean and organized. It got hot in the evenings but opening the windows and turning on provided fans solved that. The fireplace was nice for cold mornings. Garage parking is a big plus. My only complaint was the creaky bed and uneasy shower/tub floor. I would definitely stay here again.
