This condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. It has 1-bedroom, 1-bath and was completely remodeled. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare a nice meal. Pretty tile flooring throughout and tasteful décor. The comfortable living area features a 50” flat screen TV. There is a king bed and another flat screen TV in the bedroom. Coin operated washer/dryer on site. The living room is on the beach side of the condo and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and free parking is available.

Located on popular Sunset Beach in Treasure Island is The Sunset Chateau. This direct beachfront building provides a wide view of the Gulf of Mexico from each condo here. This property has a small pool onsite, however there are no lounge chairs provided. Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Amazing Property

This condo was awesome. Very clean, lots of extras that have been left behind by others. We didn't even have to pull the umbrella or chairs from our car. We just used what was in the unit. Plenty of kitchen supplies. King bed was comfy. Lots of room. Beach was maybe 100 yards from the unit. Parking plentiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Vacation AWAY!

Very well kept up, construction going on but all in the name of improvement. Staff was constantly at property cleaning, updating, sweeping, etc. Very nice.

Vacation of a lifetime

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second floor that we stay on was absolutely perfect. Beach Retreat

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sunset Chateau. The location is perfect, off the main busy road, but close by to restaurants and stores. It is also on a less busy part of the beach and so just local residents use this portion of the beach. The condo was as advertised and perfect for our week. Our only nitpick is that the shower could have been cleaner, and perhaps a matress pad for the bed would be nice, although the bed was comfortable. All in all we highly recommend this place as the location can not be beat. All communication was excellent and there was a very easy process for late arrivals (such as we were) where it is no problem if you arrive after hours. We will look forward to coming back.

Excellent location and condo

This was our first time staying at Sunset Château, and I have to tell you our family will be back. The condo was clean and well stocked. to our surprise, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and a sunshade for the Littles to play outside on the beach with ~ but keep in mind. These items are not guaranteed, but rather items left by previous renters. The location of the condo was fantastic, right next to the elevators and overlooked the pool area. if you have small children, the noise from the stairway door could pose an issue, but it wasn’t an issue for our family as my children are nine and 15. The check-in process was smooth as well as the checkout process. I would highly recommend this condo to families looking for their beach vacation getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome beach, location and weather. Have been staying at this location and in this unit since 2014 and although like the overall property have found the unit to be progressively in need of serious cleaning and maintenance. Current rate of rental and description is not reflective of what the unit provides.
