Welcome to this one-of-a-kind bespoke double storey penthouse will be sure to impress! Enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine on your expansive penthouse balcony overlooking the panoramic views of the Brisbane River and Mt Cootha.

On arrival, you will be greeted by the allure and grandeur of 6m high ceilings in the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. Be completely spoilt during your stay by having THREE separate ensuited bedroom wings, each with direct riverfront balcony access. There is plenty of room to relax and spread out with a separate media room.

This is a true resort living oasis located just moments from Brisbane CBD and the iconic Southbank cultural and entertainment precinct. The famed Montague Hotel pub, Aldi and Woolworths supermarkets, bottle shop, hairdresser and nail salon, coffee shops, plethora of restaurants and express bus stops are all within 3 minutes walk. A morning jog or a leisurely stroll along the river is a must-do – the complex has convenient access onto the riverfront bikeways and walking paths. The beautiful riverfront Orleigh Park is only a 2 minutes stroll along the river! If you are here on a Saturday morning, don’t miss the buzzing West End Markets for fresh baked goods and produce, and the dazzling array of food stalls for brunch.

• Stunning well-equipped gourmet kitchen and butler’s pantry, offering natural stone finishes, both gas and induction cooking options, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, top-of-the-range Miele extra-wide oven and warming draw, and two large built-in fridge/freezers.
• Deluxe bathrooms clad in natural stones and fitted with designer Villeroy and Boch fixtures
• Two separate living areas – lounge + media room (or use as 4th bedroom - additional charges apply)
• 2 car secure lock up garage in basement
• Fully ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans to all bedrooms and living areas, motorised blinds and sunshades.

Bedroom and bathroom configurations:
• Main Bedroom (ensuited) – king sized bed, walk-through robes, spacious ensuite with double vanity, own private balcony with river and mountain views
• Bedroom 2 (ensuited) – queen sized bed, ensuite with double vanity, direct access to main balcony with river and mountain views.
• Bedroom 3 (ensuited) - queen sized bed, direct access to main balcony with river and mountain views. Separate door in hallway to close this area off as an ensuited bedroom wing, OR 3rd bathroom here can be used as a shared bathroom with 4th Bedroom.
• Bedroom 4 - standard booking costs include the use of this room set up as a media/TV room. Surcharge of $100 per booking (regardless of number of nights) will apply for extra linen and set up of this room as a 4th bedroom. You can easily and quickly convert this room back and use as a media/TV room anytime during your stay. Bathroom adjacent to Bedroom 3 can service this bedroom.

A luxe apartment with fabulous river views
This is a well appointed residence with plenty of space and impressive entertainment areas. Easy walking access to supermarket, public transport, and eating places. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations in the property booklet: we now have a new favourite with Ippin (Japanese restaurant!)

We had a great Christmas in West End. We were able to entertain our family due to the brilliant indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. The bedding is comfortable. Views of the river are beautiful.

Excellent Property
We really enjoyed our month-long stay here. The apartment, which exceeded expectations, was spacious, clean and quiet. Air-con that works, large comfy beds and en-suite bathrooms. Very spacious balcony with barbecue and wine fridge. And the location, on the river, was perfect for walks, cycling, jogging, etc The apartment is within walking distance for the bus and the CityCat; giving easy access to Brisbane centre, West End, South Bank, etc. There is a supermarket, also within walking distance, along with numerous cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended and would book again.

Beautiful Location and Apartment
The apartment was beautiful and in a very nice location. Great lap pool in the complex and easy access to the walking and bike paths. A very nice part of Brisbane. It would be great if the kitchen was a little better equipped with cleaning products, especially for the BBQ and more plates and glasses and cutlery generally. For such a large apartment, able to house so many, it was lacking some basics if you like to entertain at home as we did. Other than that is was nice and we enjoyed the stay.

Great family stay
Unbelievable property. The pictures are great but its even better in real life. Lovely area, nice clean open walking / cycling tracks on the river just a few steps from the door. 10/10 balcony & BBQ space. A must stay.
