Charmig Downtown Laguna Beach Cottage (renoverad)

Laguna Beach House är charmigt, renoverat, ett kvarter till stranden och ett kvarter till centrum. Det är det perfekta läget för en Laguna Beach-semester. 3 sovrum, 2 badrum. Två Kalifornien king size-sängar, sovrum med sport och en Starwood Westin Heavenly Bed. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet gör till drottning, tredje sovrummet sportar en dubbelsäng i ett pittoreskt uteplats storlek rum. Kök och master bad har renoverats med all modern bekvämlighet. Huset har diskmaskin, tvättstuga och tre uteplatser inklusive utomhusgrill och stor privat uteplats på framsidan av huset med massor av utemöbler. Huset inkluderar parkering på plats. Under sommaren kan busstjänsten ta dig norr eller söder var som helst i staden och därefter och busshållplatsen är ett kvarter bort. Du kan parkera din bil på fastigheten och gå eller åka bussen hela tiden du är i Laguna Beach. Om du behöver ytterligare parkering finns det gott om parkeringsplatser på Ramona Ave och Glenneyre St, direkt framför huset. Lokala restauranger i centrum och bara ett kvarter för att komma åt centrum butiker och huvudstrandområdet. En stor uteplats gör huset trevligt för att ta emot husdjur.

Great location and property

The location and property were just perfect. Very clean, very up-to-date and lots of amenities. Lou is a great host. We have stayed at multiple properties they host and they never disappoint. We will be staying there again hopefully very soon. Can’t wait to go back.

Family Wedding Week

The Laguna property was absolutely fabulous! We were able to walk to all the local establishments during the crazy 4th of July week. It was wonderful to stay for a family wedding. The grandkids enjoyed the beach toys and we all enjoyed a BBQ dinner our last night. Thank you to our gracious host.

A lovely, centrally located, home away from home

The photographs don't do the cottage justice. It was brighter and roomier than we expected. It was a wonderful location that allowed us to walk to the beach and Pageant in minutes. The local free trolley facilitated adventures farther down the coast. The cost for being so centrally located was a bit of traffic noise, especially when relaxing in the front yard. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay

Great location, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, just as advertised. House had everything we needed. Only complaint would be lack of comfortable living room furniture for five of us to sit and visit for the evening after our walking tours of Laguna.

Laguna Beach cottage

Lovely cottage one block to downtown and the Pacific Coast Highway. Walk to restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, clean and new bathrooms, comfortable beds. Cute outdoor sitting areas, one out back and one courtyard. Off street parking. Would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

This cottage is perfection! It is well appointed and carefully thought out as far as written details, instructions for all electronic devices and general information to make your stay enjoyable. It is walking distance to downtown and steps from the trolley pickup spot. Hands down our favorite place to stay!!!

Great Home at Laguna Beach

This is a great home right near the center of town. It's larger than it appears in the photos and beautifully furnished. It is well appointed with just about everything you could need. The only thing to note is it's up a hill from town, easy for most renters but challenging for someone with agility issues. Lou is an excellent host, welcoming and concerned with your enjoing Laguna Beach.

Awesome house!

Great location, super clean, so well stocked, well maintained, detailed instructions about various features of the house that were helpful. Very short walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our stay in Laguna. One note, it is on a busy road on one side so the early morning road noise can be disruptive but nothing ear plugs can’t fix!

Nice beach cottage

This cute little cottage is only steps from the beach. The kitchen and BBQ are we'll equipped to eat and entertain any group. The living room and outdoor space are spacious and comfortable. Excellent Laguna Beach Location

We spent 6 nights in the cottage, really comfortable beds, very well equipped and so close to all the facilities of Laguna Beach, only a few minutes walk. We used several excellent restarants all within a short walk of the property as well as preparing some meals in the cottage. We had a couple of occasions when we needed some help, the owners were extremely helpful and very prompt . The cottage was very well maintained and thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.

Perfect Laguna Location

Loved this well-maintained beach house! Super great instructions for checking in, everything you will need for your stay including beach towels and beach chairs. Lots of street noise, but that’s the trade off for the perfect location. We just closed the windows at night, and I always travel with ear plugs anyway. Planned on taking the free trolley, but we really had no trouble walking everywhere, even my cousin who uses a cane. Loved the short walk right across the coast highway at the crossing light to The Cliff restaurant for ocean-view dinner and cocktails. Would definitely book this vacation home again.

Excellent location, not great for more than 4

The property is in a fantastic location, walk to everything. I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 couples. The only bathrooms are in the two bedroom suites. We had 6 people, so the other two had to consistently enter the other rooms for bathroom access. Not convenient for night. Other than that, property owner was great and responsive. The water heater was not working the first day and he had it fixed quickly.

Location, Location, Location

This house was spectacular! It is so close to downtown that we ended up walking everywhere. The house is very sound as well, so the street noise was not loud at all. The house was very clean, and very comfortable. I feel like the pictures do not do the house justice. It is very updated and beautiful. We traveled with our 4 kids (all under 10 years), and it was the perfect house for them. The front patio is extremely secure, and it gave them the space to play outside safely. The house has everything you need-beach toys, boogie boards, chairs for the beach, towels. And Lou was so communicative. I am so lucky to have had the chance to stay here. We will definitely come back and stay in the future.

Cozy beach bungalow

We had a great time staying in Laguna at Lou's property. The best thing about this cottage is the location. We didn't get in our car all weekend. You're steps away from a ton of amazing restaurants, bars and beaches. The house itself was cozy and unfortunately both bathrooms are located in the rooms (which is a challenge if you're using the pull out couch or small bedroom for guests), but other than that, it had everything we needed. In a location like that, you won't find yourself spending much time at home - you will be out and about! Lou was awesome - super responsive and we saw him at the property on Saturday morning. He was so friendly and was able to get us a last minute crib request. If we come back to Laguna, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!
