Loved the layout of the property with pool and direct access to the beach. Community vibe with a bar. The room could use a little love and some hooks on the walls, but overall a great experience. The owner was very responsive, and the location is very convenient. Bring your own ping pong balls...lol

We had such a great stay at this condo! The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach, with beautiful ocean views and the sound of the waves right outside. The unit was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, giving it a relaxing coastal vibe that made us feel right at home.The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great, which was a bonus during those warmer afternoons.The kitchen was clean and functional, and we appreciated having the option to cook a few meals in. That said, the cookware and utensils were a bit limited—nothing major, but a few extra items (like a larger pot or sharper knives) would have made cooking easier. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.We’d absolutely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beachfront retreat. Just bring your flip-flops, a good book, and maybe a favorite pan if you plan to cook.

World Series Softball Trip

The property met our needs. We were not aware this unit overlooked a parking lot and were disappointed with that. We were also not aware we could not bring our grandchildren on the property. The pool and beach access were great. Minimal traffic was pleasant. We enjoyed the breezeway sitting area.

10 days to be near family

Shortenened my usual stay and chose a studio near other family members staying close by. Accomodations were just fine for intended use.

Great stay

My friends and I were staying for spring break and found this place affordable, clean and in a good location. It also was not too crowded during our visit so we could lay out by the pool. I would say however that it was difficult to check in since the front desk lady was never really there and the washing machines took a really long time to dry and were pretty outdated. Other than that loved it!

Great Location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Top of the Gulf is very nice with its amenities, location is great and close to everything. I’ve been coming to PCB for over 20 years staying in the same place until this trip. Would highly recommend it to anyone and would come back again. My one complaint which seems to be a common one is the privacy of the curtains. Having the white sheer are very nice for the beach , but definitely need some darker ones to be able to pull closed. I also tried to reach out to the owner/ company and never got any reply back , bit frustrating but overall stay was great.

Nice little condo

It was a very nice condo! Small, but it’s all about the beach anyway. We very much enjoyed our stay! Our ionly constructive criticism would be the bed, it is very small and not super comfortable, but we slept just fine and had a lovely time. We would absolutely come back!

Cute little condo on the beach

Very cute little studio in a great complex on the beach. The unit was clean and ready for our stay, and the communication with the owner was great. Only nit-picking but thought it should be known, there's a requirement to wear a wrist band while staying here. I know it's probably the same with the majority of the complexes on the beach though.

Cute, clean room. Nice proximity to the awesome pool and beach. We got a deal on it since it was an off week, but I wouldn’t be very happy if I had paid full price! First of all it’s a double/full size bed so my husband and I couldn’t even sleep next to each other and the bed was very uncomfortable! Time for some refreshing of this tired condo!
