Rest in comfort and enjoy some quality time by stretching out on the couch to read a book or watch Netflix in the air conditioned living room. Take a board game to the deck chairs on the balcony for a battle of wits in the fresh air with your tunes on the portable Bluetooth speaker and the sliding glass doors wide open. At mealtimes, cook up a storm on the BBQ, or get fresh local takeaway seafood to eat under the stars.

There’s so much to see and do in this beautiful coastal vista, and however you choose to enjoy it, you’ll have the time of your life at Villa Franco, making memories to last a lifetime.

Important Information:

- The driveway is extremely narrow, if you are towing you will need to park your car on the street.
- Parking is only permitted in the garage, no cars are to be parked in driveway.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that the drive is only suitable for small-medium vehicles and no trucks.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced (rear garden only - front garden unfenced).
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, small dogs only are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
