My family used to own a beach house in Cape May for 35 years. It was recently sold but we will keep coming back in spring, summer, fall and winter. The town is always lovely i. All seasons. This rental was exceptional. Very clean, well-appointed with all amenities, it’s in a great location, close to shopping and dining but quiet and quaint section of town. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating, check-was easy and communication very responsive. The horse drawn carriages riding by were a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend.

This home was even better than advertised . It’s close to EVERYTHING, including the beach , shopping and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and well stocked . The hosts responded immediately . I would highly recommend this property and will be staying here again .

Great location

Great location with a manageable walk to the beach made pleasant by the beach box where you can leave your stuff. Easy walk to many many restaurants.

Friends vacation

Stayed here for the second time with a group of friends. The location is perfect to both the beach and Washington Square. The home is beautiful and the owner is easy to work with.

wonderful stay, hope to return!

we had a wonderful weekend stay in this house. the house itself is beautiful, very well-decorated, and impeccably clean. check-in process was very easy. great location, super close to the town and beach and on a very cute, quiet street. the owner was very helpful and attentive. we definitely recommend this property and hope to get to stay here again soon!

Girl’s Weekend

Cape May beach house

Charming home on a beautiful quiet street. Close to beach and shopping mall. Nice to have access to beach box with chairs. Enjoyed seeing the Victorian homes in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Cape May Xmas ‘23

As accurately described in listing , perfect for families. Short 6 block walk to shops and restaurants. Short walk to beach as well. Great location and house was clean and well appointed without clutter. 2nd time staying with this host and would highly recommend this house or the corner beach house adjacent to this property.

Wonderful!

Our female family members (6) celebrated a 30th and 50th birthdays at this lovely cape may home. Loved the open space to share good times and the porch to enjoy meals and relaxing time. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable.

Great Place, Great Location!

Just stayed at this location with 2 other couples for a wedding. The house was spacious and clean. The large wrap around porch was great for afternoon drinks and pictures. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. ~10 Mins to the beach. It had everything we needed. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we head to Cape May.

Place was clean and beautiful. One thing only. The king bed has a huge dip on the right side . Needs a new mattress.

Beautiful house

Great house in a great location. Only downside was having to bring own sheets and towels. Weren't even bath mats which wasn't thought of bring. Seems very odd for a rental house to not provide that / charge extra to rent. Additionally the vents in primary bath looked moldy, and the water filter in fridge as well did not look clean.

Cape May Family Beach Fun

We had a very nice time in Marc’s comfortable Cape May beach house. We walked almost everywhere in this lovely, quintessential NJ beach town. Marc was highly responsive. Enjoying the house at the end of the busy summer season, we noticed the drain in the main shower was running very slow and backing up.As soon as we reported this to Marc, he came over and cleaned out the drain, which entirely fixed the issue.Two small caveats: the ice maker couldn’t keep up with need for ice for six adults, although I think Marc will check into making any necessary adjustments on the unit before next summer. Also, the plants bordering the parking space beside the house make that space very tight. All in all, it’s a lovely house, and Marc is a terrific host.

Comfortable House

This was a very well furnished house both in terms of furniture and kitchen items. Location is great, a quiet street but very close to everything. Minor issues were with the lack of thoroughness of the cleaning company.

Clean and great location

Beautiful house walking distance to the beach with a storage unit at the beach to leave your chairs and things. Short walk to a park, tennis complex, and many bars and restaurants.

We had an excellent stay at this beach house! Everything was clean, modern, and the house is convenient to both the beach and the town but on a quiet street. Would highly recommend this house!
