- Please book at least 4 days in advance of your planned arrival date
- This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee. Same day registrations are not allowed
- Temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season); transaction fee per rental $20, gate card fee $20 per card required
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Cameras 1 and 2 are on the corners of the front of the home and face the driveway. Camera 3 is in the external stairwell facing the front entrance. Camera 4 is on the back porch and faces the backyard. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
