This property was incredible. The 7 large windows allowed for a cool evening breeze and anywhere in the apartment gives a beautiful sea view. Just down the street at Pisa Marina is a wonderful walkeay on the sea with shops. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and groceriea. Roberto was very kind and efficient and helpful.

A really lovely house with every accomodation you need to spend a perfect holiday. We even found a dutch novel our daughter started to read :). It really is close to the beach, with just 5-10 mins walk. By car, Livorno, Pisa and even Florence are very closeby, and perfect getaways for when you want a break from the beach. The owner is a friendly guy who is very responsive and reachable should you have questions. We felt very welcome! Thanks for a lovely holiday!

We stayed here for 12 days. The house is spacious, with lots of light and in a great, peaceful neighborhood fragrant with the scent of jasmine and laurels. It is walking distance to the center, the tower and San Rossore train station so we were able to take lots of train rides to places nearby. The garden is a little oasis with three sweet bunnies. Valeria is a great host who constantly checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. Grazie mille!

I knew as soon as I saw this listing, I had to make it happen! Of a kind, truly. Situated on the edge of a dense pine forest and close to the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in this wonderfully renovated farmhouse.Our host Silvia was extremely professional, and she is a great communicator!I can’t wait to visit again!

We were late getting to Livorno due to a cascade of delays on our journey from the US. We kept in touch with our hosts and they were there waiting for us to assist us with parking and getting luggage up the three flights. They were helpful with local information. It was quite warm during our stay and we struggled to get the air conditioning to work properly, but partway through the visit. We found a fan tucked at the bottom of the stairs, and that helped to circulate the air up to the loft. It was wonderful to be so close to the Mercado Central we enjoyed three days of exploring the local area. The view over the canal was to die for.

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The bus and trains were easy to navigate, tho a car might be helpful. Depends on what you are doing. The beach is gorgeous.
