Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Felt like we were in the middle of no where but still close enough to town. House and yard are well maintained. The large covered porch was great for playing corn hole. Pics dont show it but there are two outdoor fans. The one above the swing bed was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels. We brought tubes, tied up and floated in the river. Kids loved fishing and in the evening smores on the firepit. Host was very repsonsive to questions. Follow exact directions provided and you will have no issue finding the place. We enjoyed seeing the cows every time we came in and out of the gate. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our young kids and pup. Communication was clear and check in/out was easy. The location is ideal for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Our kids loved feeding the deer and taking walks on the property. The main living space in the cabin is spacious and open with a beautiful fireplace.Other benefits of the location include its proximity to Fossil Rim, Big Rocks Park, and many other activities for families. Although our intention was to "unplug" and get away, the wifi was reliable for the times it was necessary to plug in!

We loved our stay here at La Palmilla. Our daughter was so excited she kept telling us she didn’t want to sleep. It’s a beautiful property and felt like we weren’t in Texas. Loved that it was dog friendly, and the wide open space around was so relaxing. We also saw some deer roaming around. We met the owners and they were so kind. It's close to all of the Glen Rose spots and we would definitely return.

We had a group of 16 on a golf trip. The house was perfect. Was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of room and the outdoor area was a huge plus. Will for sure be back for another stay.

Beautiful house with fantastic views of the Brazos River valley! Comfortable beds. Huge deck with room to relax. our kids and our dog enjoyed it too. Would gladly come again!

Stan and Kay are very nice and we loved meeting their dogs and their sons dogs! A great place to stay. We enjoyed the campfire outside. Not too far from Granbury, TX.
