Very nice condo in a great location. We will be staying there again for certain.

Nestled down a quiet little road, this little cottage is only four houses away from the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the surrounding cottages make for attractive visuals. Our cottage was close to the areas we wanted to visit, and we would definitely return in the future. The owner was very easy to work with as was her assistant.

This house has been renovated from top to bottom and is very clean, which made us feel right at home. In all of my trips, I've never rented a house as well-stocked as this one. We also appreciated the helpful labels on lights and such. The backyard was so pretty and so relaxing. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it!

This house is the perfect place for a summer vacation. The view is amazing, with an easy walkout to the beach. The house is very comfortable and is well-stocked with the necessities, including beautiful, thick towels and sparkling water in the fridge. The host is very gracious and quick to respond! We had a great time with our family and can't wait to visit again!!

This property is great! We completely unplugged and enjoyed all this property has to offer. Fishing, kayaking, hiking and more! Jamie the host was super sweet and very helpful. Not only do we recommend this property, we plan on coming back in the fall for the changing of the leaves and back again in May to see all the tulips that the area is known for! Luckily it didn't rain during our stay, but if it did, they had board games and tons of movies. There is no internet, so leave your electronics at home and dive into nature! Hopefully you will enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage sitting on the back deck and looking at the river like we did! We recommend downloading a map of the area prior to coming just in case you lose service while driving. This property is also 30 minutes or less to the areas attractions. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!

My wife and I spend 10 days / 9 nights vacationing here mid-September – the longest we have ever been away from home, and we loved our time here and the location! The home was spacious and clean and looked to be newly remodeled and decorated. We made great use of the deck and outdoor dining table, as well as the fantastic long porch overlooking the water. The owners were very accommodating and anticipated our needs. I even caught several fish with the home just feet away from the water. This location was perfect for us… near many fantastic restaurants, from fine dining to breakfast, breweries and a distillery in town. We recommend Anna’s for breakfast, the duck with Michigan cherries at the Arborean Inn, the sausage egg rolls and wine selection at Two Tony’s, the lake view at Noto’s, the fun atmosphere at Sandy Point Beach House, and too many other great places to name. Great shopping down town Grand Haven. And… we had a nice drive to East Lansing where we attended MSU football games on consecutive weekends. Oh… and numerous places with wonderful hiking – Rosy Mound Natural Area is a must if you like trails; it is one of the most beautiful trails we have ever been on. A gem of a find and stay! My family recently stayed for a long weekend. We had six adults and four kids and the space was PERFECT for our group! The house is comfortable and well-equipped (including a hair dryer WITH a diffuser - awesome for curly hair folks!) - lots of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The beds are SO comfortable - we all slept so well! The backyard is nice - fully fenced and the deck is beautiful. Such a great location too - minutes from a trolley stop to go into Grand Haven. All in all we loved our stay and hope to come back again next summer!

This large property is lake front on a quiet street with a beautiful view including mature trees that provided shade, and a semi-private sanded beach front with a pier for docking a boat, jet skis, etc. We enjoyed the local quiet area neighborhood too, with a nearby (walking distance) park with playground and 8 pickleball courts. We brought bikes and enjoyed biking on the trails. Our family (grown children and some spouses) including two little ones stayed and there was plenty of space and quiet. The 3 bedrooms on the main level (and two full separate bathrooms) and two bedrooms on the upper level -one with a connected full bath provided ample space. it was hot during our stay, but the AC worked well in the home. There is also a large family room/kitchen area on the upper level with a large full bathroom connected to it. The decor is a little dated but that adds to the older charm of it. The host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues/questions. Easy drive to many attractions/activities and conveniences including nearby Grand haven. Highly recommend!
