This house was perfect for our yearly family gathering which included family from out of state. The interior is lovely and spacious with plenty of room for eight of us. Lots of room for cooking and well stocked with most necessities. The deck and yard need some attention but the view of Lake Michigan with access to the private beach outweigh those issues. We ended up spending our entire time at the house. No need to go anywhere else!

We liked the view and the location. We were disappointed in the appearance of the deck and stairs leading to the house. They need to be redone, or refinished. We did have to clean up cob webs in many inside and outside areas. The kitchen had what we needed to make meals in to enjoy the lake Michigan views. The beds were comfortable.

I appreciated the privacy the property offered. And the view of Lake Michigan was amazing. That being said, the property definitely needs work and felt unsafe for my children in some areas. Inside the home blended an updated kitchen and small bathroom with old, weathered cottage aesthetic. It was functional for our family seven. The owner was very friendly and great at communicating quickly. We would definitely stay again if the safety issues were addressed.
