This was the perfect home away from home for our family weekend!Very comfortable, cozy and SO CLEAN! Sherry was a wonderful hostess! We had a lot of questions about the area and she was quick to respond and went out of her way to make us feel.welcome. The home was well equipped for a family stay, and we even had (amazing!!) Goodies waiting for us when we arrived!It is clear that the Sherry has a family and knows what families need when away from home. We will 100% book again and look forward to it!Thank you, Sherry!

This property was the perfect location for a friend’s bachelorette. The large kitchen had all we needed to cook a variety of plates together. And the beautiful living space was more spacious than expected. You will want to stay an extra day.

Enjoyed the modern farmhouse feel- nicely landscaped & surrounded by countryside. Tree swing, birdwatching, large deck. Plenty of space inside, with nice appliances & kitchenware necessities. Easy access to surrounding communities & Topeka.

We liked the property not being busy. We were able to do what we wanted and not have to worry about bothering any one or being bothered. We enjoyed our time together cand had a good time. Thanks

Very peaceful property with excellent accommodations. Its close to Topeka, but far enough out of town to be quiet and comfortable. My kids enjoyed "exploring" the beautiful property. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We rented this cabin with two other families and we each had two kids between the ages of 2-9. The property had plenty of room for the kids to run, jump, and play games. We all loved the kayaks. There are plenty of boats/kayaks, paddles and life jackets so that several people could be on the water at once. The cabin itself is well kept with plenty of room. The garage is turned into a game room with a ping pong table, pool table, pin ball game, and NBA Jam arcade. The kids and adults both enjoyed this room. The upstairs loft room next to the “kids bedroom” had a TV and Super Nintendo replica with several pre loaded games for when the kids finished playing and paddling outside. The fire pit right out back is very large with plenty of seating. We brought some kids fishing poles and they had a blast fishing! There is a small charcoal grill near the fire pit but we ended up using the larger ones down by the lake. Overall, this place was amazing and exceeded all our expectations. It comfortably fit 6 adults and 6 kids and we were able to create lasting memories with our friends and family. Would love to rent this place again!
