The house is spectacular, the view from the pool to the bay surpasses that of the photos. The comfort of the house is great, it is well equipped for all your needs and above all very clean. The bay, restaurant's and markets are just 8 minutes away by car. Communication with Cheryl was always attended in the shortest time possible, and she was always attentive that nothing was needed. In conclusion i give this property and service a 10/10. Can't wait to return on our next trip

The house is simply amazing, the views are incredible. Loved the staff, they were to helpful and so nice. They provided 5 star service and I am thankful for them making us feel special and safe. Plenty of space, we didn't 3 of the bedrooms. Great for a big family.

I was overall please with the house and the communication with the property manager was always easy.

Our group of eight ranged in age from 8 to 75. We all enjoyed the house and the location and the surrounding area. The maid was a lovely lady, and the guards were diligent and made us feel secure. The manager was easy to reach on WhatsApp and he greeted us upon our arrival. The house is well appointed with everything that we needed. San Juan Del Sur is a lovely place to visit. And the weather was perfect.

This place has an amazing view, they had a person waiting for us at the front to guide use up to the top where the venue was located. We got there, and they welcomes us and showed us the whole place and how everything worked. The service was that of a hotel. I was extremely impressed as I work for a hotel. I highly recommend this place. The Rooms, the amenities, and the view made this place the right spot for me, and my family.

Our family had a lovely time enjoying the peace and quiet, beautiful pool, clean apartment, and friendly people here. Everything we needed was provided and our hosts were excellent at communicating with us. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back!
