We had a wonderful time staying at the property on Long Beach - the house was fantastic! The check-in process was very smooth and easy and our host Jude was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with everything one could need and more, for a wonderful holiday for our family with young kids, plus our parents. Being able to have two separate living areas was good to enable everyone to have space to do different things, and then also come together for meals and other shared time. The kids enjoyed having the pool table also. It was very helpful to have an enclosed upper deck and an enclosed area of the backyard, to keep our young dog safe. The close proximity to the beach was lovely - being able to walk across the road to the beach and listen to the sound of waves throughout the day and night. The heating was good and it was lovely to have the fireplace also. Good internet and TV reception also. Thank you Jude for a wonderful stay; we would love to return again sometime.

This property has everything you need and within walking distance to the local shops, park, recently renovated Malua Bay bowling club and the beach. The property is modern, clean and in a quiet spot with everything you'll need for your stay and then some. Ben and Kristy are thoughtful hosts who will ensure your stay runs smoothly. We've stayed here once before and we look forward to returning again!

Lovely location, gorgeous beach, very special being on small private cove, nice floor plan for multi generational families, bedrooms on separate floors.

What a perfect location for a getaway. A great, well kept and equipped property within a very short walk to the most amazing beach. If you have kids and/or fur kids you will love the beach at Maloney's. Tara is a wonderful host, with great communication and super easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend this property to anybody looking for a peaceful getaway.

The stay started a bit rocky when my partner and I arrived and found that the property had not been cleaned with the main bed unmade, the shower still wet, towels used in the main shower and used dishes in the dishwasher. We contacted Claire to ask about the condition of the house, she contacted the cleaner and confirmed quite promptly that there had been a communication error and that the cleaner had not come in prior to our stay. Claire apologised immediately, gave us a refund for the first night and offered to cover costs if we wished to stay at a different accommodation for the night. We decided to stay in the second bedroom which was unused. The immediate and unprompted actions to address the error was fantastic. The house itself is much better in person than on the pictures, the design is unique and eco-friendly, while the weather was warm, we never had to switch on any cooling appliances and the set up and feel of the house was great for a relaxing get away.

This home has all of the ingredients to make for a relaxing and peaceful break. The view from the front rooms is spectacular, as many other visitors have noted. Two beautiful lounge spaces, comfortably furnished make it very difficult to leave the house. The view is mesmerising. We were very fortunate to see whales heading south every day. The kitchen is very well equipped and served our needs very well. Beds are very comfortable and the house is very clean and very well cared for. Access to the beaches from the property is very easy. Kate our host, was exceptional in her communication and provided prompt responses to our questions. Love to go back to Lochiel.
