  • Awesome house and great amentities

"I will definitely recommend and come back to this place. Jorge, the house manager was awesome. Showed us around and helped get any extra things we missed during our costco trip. The place is quiet and had everything we needed to have a great time in Cabo. The maid service was nice as we had a large group of guys that don't always pick up after themselves. House is in a great location between a lot of golf courses and downtown. Thanks again and can't wait to return!"

  • Very Comfortable!

"Location, location, location.... Well appointed, comfortable condo a short walking distance to a beautiful stretch of beach. Clean and well stocked, and the grounds/ pool are well maintained. Las Mananitas is NOT a resort, more of a resort like apt. complex. There is NO restaurant, or bar on site. Both services are readily available walking distance away. This adds to the peacefulness of the location, as there is no one to hassle you about time shares, and pesky room service attempting to tidy your room. Penny is a joy to work with, and more than willing to answer any question or concerns you might have. If you prefer to have a full kitchen and easy access to all that San Jose del Cabo offers, look no further. Also, be sure to check out Flora Farms. A farm to table style restaurant, 15 minutes drive away. Fabulous setting and great food."

  • Whales!

"Stunning villa, right on the very tip of the Baja peninsula. Whales blowing and breaching all the time. Bring binoculars! The local staff, Ismael and Martha were friendly and helpful but had a somewhat limited ability with English. No big deal. One piece of advice: if you have issues with steps (bad knees, arthritis, etc.) this place could be a problem. Absolutely gorgeous property, but there will be climbing and descending."

  • Stunning home and enchanting place!

"I spent the holidays (9 days) at this incredible home with my husband and our 5 kids ages 17-25. We rented out the whole property which included the main house, the apartment and the casita. It fit us perfectly and better yet, provided plenty of both togetherness and private time. The architecture is truly magical. That word seems overused but it is true. You must keep your eyes open for all the details... the Mexican tiles, the creative spaces and the unusual & unique features abound. It is truly Mexican in nature with most rooms not connected to each other, but opening to the outside. The location was also great if you are craving some quiet and privacy. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach... but it's perfect. There are also beautiful views and I got up each morning for the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez. In addition, the staff was great and responsive to our needs. We also had meals brought in 4 times, which were wonderful! They quietly served us delicious food and then cleaned up! What a treat. I'd also recommend you rent 4-wheelers to get around. It's the preferred method of travel in the quiet and quaint town of Los Barriles. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you for your beautiful home!"
