  • Vistas Aplenty and Relaxation Abounds

"While you are a bit away from civilization at the Tuscan Retreat, it is a worthwhile trek. The views are astounding and the house exudes a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. We were a group varying from 2-7 during our stay. We never felt crowded and the spaces were ample. The hot tub was used repeatedly as was the dining and living areas. We even had a surprise visitor as we discovered mountain lion tracks. All in all, this was an idyllic spot. You will not go wrong here."

  • Lovely stay

"We loved the cottage, it was the perfect size for a family with a 5 year old. Everything was very clean. Loved the big lot, where our daughter could run around and play with the owner's dog, Ruby:). Thank you Rose for the apples, cookies and your hospitality. Great stay!"

  • Beautiful, relaxing retreat

"We spent Thanksgiving week in this fabulous home up above vineyards. The view is amazing, and the space is incredibly comfortable. Sal and Kathy are helpful, welcoming hosts. We hiked every morning before returning to read and relax every afternoon, before transitioning to food we cooked in the lovely kitchen, accompanied by fabulous wine. Sal's Rombi Cabernet was a particular favorite. We slept really well in the very comfortable bed. Everyone probably says they'll return, but we truly plan to make it happen!"

  • A Perfect Place to Stay for a Visit to Pinnacles NP

"We stayed here in April 2017 so that we could visit Pinnacles National Park. The park's east entrance is only 10 miles down the road, and as far as I know it is the closest place to stay unless you have an RV! We stayed in La Casa Rosa guest house on the ranch and it was truly lovely and comfortable with everything you would need for a visit (except food of course!). It was a peaceful getaway and a welcoming place to return to after a day at the NP. We also got to enjoy the lighted tennis court. While there is no wifi and phone service at the park there IS both at the ranch and that was a real benefit. Shelley, the manager, and Barbara, one of the owners, were friendly and very accommodating to all of our needs. All in all, a perfect stay."
