Beautiful home and location

We LOVED staying at this property while we were in town to see grandkids play soccer. Quiet neighborhood - felt safe and enjoyed hearing the birds in woods nearby. House is decorated with modern and costal themes - so cute. Couch is so comfy and great for stretching out on. The bed had nice linens, extra pillows. Tower fan available - great for those that prefer white noise when sleeping - like us. New room darkening curtains in living room and bedrooms. Washer and dryer so convenient for those traveling. Very clean home with a well stocked kitchen. If we are in the area again, will Definitely stay here again.

I visited my daughter at Beloit College and worked remotely from Tony's place in South Beloit. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish!. I was able to host a small dinner party for my daughter and a few of her freshman friends during my visit. The kitchen was perfect for food preparation and everyone enjoyed the dining room and living room for relaxing after dinner. The environment in the house was excellent for working remotely - a strong internet connection, and being able to take calls in the front patio, dinning room, and back yard made it a pleasant work-week. Overall I highly recommend both the property and the host!

The property is well equipped, nicely furnished, and well kept. The backyard and screen room are perfect for relaxing and watching the river. The home and yard were quiet and a nice respite from the city. The owner was very friendly and approachable. We had no issues, but I have no doubt he would have been responsive if something were to arise. We would definitely stay again!
