Nice, quiet neighborhood, lovely outdoor seating and well equipped kitchen. Just what we were looking for!

Nice rooms, very clean. Helpful staff. We had trouble registering on line. But they came to the facility and got us checked in. Would recommend them.

We were in Rochester for three nights and opted for this apartment for its central location and historic neighborhood. So glad that we did. The apartment was perfect in every way. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed, and absolutely everything one might need in a kitchen. There were little touches that made us feel welcome, such a cozy bathrobes and fresh flowers. Communications with the owner was easy. I highly recommend this apartment!

The Cottage was everything described, beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay and very peaceful setting. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean. I look forward to many more stays at this Cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apparently recently updated cabin. We had everything we needed to cook which is great with kids. There were lots of extras including a VERY handy wagon and super nice beach chairs. We enjoyed the location very much. Very quiet and right across a very quiet street from a beach. Our host responded very quickly and patiently to all requests and questions.
