Ocean City villa rentals

Fantastic experience, we would stay at The Blue House again! Neil and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. Neil reached out before our trip to see if we had questions or needed recommendations and made sure we were happy upon arrival. The Blue House is clean and comfortable, in a perfect neighborhood location that is safe to walk your dogs, and is within walking distance to the beach. Bonus that there are extras to enjoy such ad a ping pong table, fire pit and bikes! There is even a small fully fenced in yard for the pups. We were happy to find this gem when searching for a place to stay!

Rented John's house for one night couple getaway. The only problem was it was one night!! the house is perfect location, clean, modern & roomy. Will definitely book again for the week.

Our family has been coming to Delaware for the past four years now. Our stay in Frankford at Millville By The Sea was just perfect. Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to any family…those with either younger or older children. Thank you once again for another great year vacationing in Delaware.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Your house and the property were beautiful!! We enjoyed biking, walking on the trails, swimming in the amazing pools, as well as the patio and lawn area.

Overall, we had a great experience with the condo. Communication with Mr Nolan was easy and he was very responsive. The condo is in a great location. There were 7 of us total plus our dog- my husband, our infant, my parents, and my husbands parents. The balconies are great to sip your morning coffee on and relax before bed. The pool was a great amenity as I’m not the biggest fan of the beach. The house was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, included items we would need like a high hair, pots & pans, detergent, etc. Our first morning there, we discovered the Keurig machine didn’t work. I contacted Mr Nolan and he quickly brought over a new one. The only flaw we found would be the garage when fitting two vehicles due to the size of the garage and the fact that the pool area is right in front of the garage so there was a lot of maneuvers needing to be made just to pull into it. It was also a very tight fit for larger vehicles. We had to move items in the garage around and have all passengers out of the vehicles before entering. We have an SUV and a small truck. We made it work but that was the only inconvenience found. We parked the other vehicle on the street or the guest spots. We highly recommend this listing and will hope to book again in the future.

We had a great experience staying at this property! It was exactly as advertised, and bonus bottle of wine upon arrival was a great touch! Also blackout curtains in every bedroom was great for the little kids sleeping!!! Would come back again!
