This luxury apartment in our cabin-like home sits on a very private one acre lot surrounded by horse property. Enjoy panoramic views of the Wasatch Mountains, as well as the Great Salt Lake from the redwood sundeck surrounding the outdoor hot tub.
The apartment has its own entrance, off-street parking, yard, and is very private. Beautifully furnished with leather sofa and love seat, recently carpeted and painted, it is a very comfortable alternative for families and small groups. Beds can be made up to accommodate couples or singles. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking Inside.
One block down our private lane is the largest equestrian park in Salt Lake County with maintained trails for walking, jogging, biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or just enjoying the breathtaking views. Shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes.
