We would like to welcome you to Vista La Sal, our home-away-from-home. Completed in November 2006, our get-away offers you a place to rest and relax during your adventures in Moab. Rim Vistas townhomes were named for the outstanding views of the Moab Rim. We call our end/corner unit "Vista La Sal" because almost every room in the home has SPECTACULAR VIEWS of the majestic La Sal Mountains with Moab’s stunning red rock in the foreground. You’ll love to watch as the sun paints the scenery a thousand colors from the comfort of colorful and well decorated spaces.
Our 1700 square-foot vacation home is equipped with everything to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Our townhome contains contemporary furniture and modern conveniences. Amenities include a full-kitchen and dining accommodations for eight. The living room has two oversized windows with commanding views of the La Sal Mountains, vaulted-ceilings, and a gas-log fireplace. The entertainment center has 42" LCD flat screen TV with basic cable service, surround-sound stereo with iPOD docking station and 5-disc CD/DVD player. The patio has comfortable seating for five and a deluxe gas grill to enjoy the phenomenal views of the setting sun on the La Sals. The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed and private bath. A half bath and laundry facilities complete the main floor.
Upstairs, a loft above the dining room features a TV and VCR and is the perfect place for napping on the queen-sized futon or enjoying the gorgeous view of the Moab Rim. A full bath and two bedrooms upstairs will accommodate you in either a queen size bed in one bedroom or a full bed and single futon in the other.
The enclosed two-car GARAGE provides you with a secure place to store and work on your toys. Additional off-street parking is nearby. Our townhome is located a short drive 5 minutes south of downtown Moab, Utah just south of the Spanish Trail Equestrian Arena.
PETS are welcome (with additional rent). The pool and hot-tub are across the cul-de-sac of our home. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and garage. Our home is the new phase of the Rim Village Vista development.

Why the Owner Chose Moab
We purchased the townhome in Moab because we love the climate, culture, and outdoor adventures we experience there. We were looking for a place to relax and gather with friends instead of cutting our adventures short looking for a campsite or available hotel room. Moab is a unique melting pot in Utah; we love that all walks of life converge on this small town to enjoy the eclectic mix of people and its incredible beauty.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
After a day on the trails, we love to relax on the patio, with its large gas grill, comfy furniture, and gorgeous views of the LaSal Mountains and Moab Rim. The attached 2-car garage is an added benefit so we can work on our bikes to prepare to get beat up the next day! The pool is beautiful, and we enjoy the same great views from the pool as from our patio. The loft area is really nice when we have friends with kids visit us, as the kids can play games upstairs and give the adults some space. We have an old home as our primary residence, so it is wonderful to be surrounded by new, modern amenities at our get-away home.

We have stayed at the condo multiple times - its our home away from home! This was our annual girls-trip to Moab. Its such a lovely space. Spacious, well kept, immaculate and very comfortable! I highly recommend this condo - you will not find a better place for such a great price!
Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, pet owners, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this condo for the second time. it's starting to feel like home for us. the condo is well stocked for everything that you may need. The owners keep it spotless and it still looks like a brand new condo.

We made a impromptu trip out to Moab the first week of February. The owners were Great to work with and very responsive. 2 days before we were to arrive my schedule changed and they were able to accommodate us for one day earlier without a problem. The condo is great!! 3 good size bedrooms and a good size loft as well. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need, plates, silverware, glasses and MUCH more. Its very quiet and a great place to escape. Only 5 min south of Moab!

Our second stay at Vista La Sal. We had such a good time last year, we had to get another condo to accommodate all the extra people that wanted to join us this year. We hope to come back again, but we may need to rent 3 units.

This was the second time we stayed at Vista La Sal, and enjoyed even more this time. We stayed for the entire week and the home was a great place to come home to after a physical day playing in the Moab area.I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Moab.Very comfortable master.

This was a perfect place to stay for our Moab Girls Trip! After long hikes in 97-105 degree temperature, the refreshing pool was a very short walk- great view of the red rock mountains from every chair at the pool. Ths condo was a perfect size and especially the master bedroom/bath was lovely...and the king size bed is REALLY comfortable...I get dibs on the master on our next stay at Lucy & Drew's condo! The view from the patio is amazing- we had out coffe and breakfast on the patio every morning as we planned our day, and had wine & Hors d'oureves on the patio each evening. The last night, we talked on the patio so late ( full moon,clear starry night) that two of us simply dozed off. Talk about relaxed- and exhausted! It was great for a bunch of women who love to cook that the Jordans also have plenty of spices and condiments- it saved us a lot of waste not having to buy them ( I left some for future use as well). We are already planning anothe tip to Moab for next summer and wouldn't think of staying elsewhere know that we know about this great condo. Thanks, Lucy & Drew- we are real fans! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your Vista La Sal condo in Moab. We found everything exactly as you said it would be; the place was immaculate. It was a terrific place for us to relax during our jam-packed days visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Our kids especially enjoyed taking a dip in the pool each afternoon after hiking through the canyons and mountains. We can see why you enjoy Moab so much. We look forward to coming back again sometime.

We stayed in your beautiful condo in Moab for 3 days in early June, and enjoyed ourselves immensely! The condo is very comfortable, and is located very conveniently to Moab. While being a few miles south of town, it was very easy to get back and forth to town and the national parks. This was our first time in this area, and we will definitely be back! And will definitely stay in your condo if it's available. The layout of the condo was just perfect. Having the master bedroom and a half bath downstairs made things very easy for us. Having the use of the garage was also wonderful - it made unloading and loading of the car much easier than other places. The quality of the condo is very high, and it was well-supplied. The views are terrific, and the condo itself is very light from all the high windows. The kitchen is very convenient and also well-supplied. Working with you was a pleasure - you made it very easy to set up the arrangements, and easy to find and get into the condo. Hopefully sometime in the next year or so, we will be bringing friends or family with us to the area, and will definitely look forward to staying in your condo! Thanks again.

I just wanted to say thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We arrived thursday with easy to find directions to the property. The code was easily accessible into the nice painted garage where we stored our motorcycles. There were six of us who stayed at the condo and we could not have asked for better sleeping arangements. The master on the main floor was spacious and the convience of the walk in tile shower was superb. Upstairs the bedrooms were large and felt like minature master suites. The only advice for the designer of the condo was to make the top of the garage into a walk out patio/deck. With three bathrooms, and basically four bedrooms everyone felt they had their own breathing space. Fringe benefits included all the window's having beautiful scenery which made every room feel special. Natural light flowed into the rooms creating a warm and welcome feeling. The decor was stylish and simple nothing over barron. A four burner grill was a favorite with the convience of a built in gas line. The patio was very spacious and the La Sal mountain ranges were beautiful. All the amentities of the condo were less than a hop skip and jump. Beautiful pool and cabana area with enhanced changing room and shower. Tennis lovers would adore the lighted tennis courts. Location was prime as the condo is five miles away from town set in the country away from the crowds and busy highway. Maintenance at the condo is very well kept and everyone I met was very friendly. Behind the condos is a roadway which can be used for excercising consisting of older farm houses and land. The condo is priced right, beautiful, and welcoming. One could not ask for better accomodations. I would recomend this property to anyone going to Moab. Dealing with the laid back easy going owners was far more impressive than dealing with lucrative hotel managers. People who do not go out of their way for their guests as Lucy and Drew have.
