This was the perfect home for our stay visiting Arches and Canyonlands! Property owner was responsive to questions ahead of time and the check-in process was very easy. The location was convenient for visiting the parks and Moab while being in a quiet neighborhood. The home had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable, and the ability to park in the attached garage was appreciated on hot summer days.

The neighborhood is quiet. All the niceties were included. Everything we needed like paper towels, all bath towels (including wash clothes), soft sheets, comfortable beds, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap (at every sink!) etc. were there for our convenience. The check in and check out processes were very easy and appreciated. No crazy list of chores to do before leaving. Both the interior and exterior were very clean. We all enjoyed our stay very much and I would book again if in the area.

We loved our quick stay at this location. It was very very clean and the furniture/bedding/towels were all high quality compared to other vacation rentals. It was extremely clean, thoughtfully laid out, and the bed was so comfortable. We would gladly stay again!

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay on our Utah road-trip. Our host was welcoming and responsive. The house is very clean and well stocked. The pool was a nice way to cool off after a long day in the parks. Great location. If we return to the area we would definitely return!

We only had 1 issues and very minor at that. The pool code wasn’t emailed to us prior, but the property manager was very quick to respond. The house was amazing, clean and well worth the stay. Location to downtown was perfect! Will stay again!!!!!

Terrific Place

Aside from being a 5 - 10 minute drive from downtown Moab, everything was great. Spacious and clean with nice amenities. Pool and hot tub a short walk away were a big plus. No complaints.

Wish we could stay longer!

Beautiful townhouse. Very clean, comfy beds. We did the Mighty Five, so we were all over Utah. Next time we would like to stay here again and make it our home base, focusing more on Moab, Arches and Canyonlands.
