Each of the three bedrooms features a luxurious king-sized bed, providing plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. Unwind on your private patio with a hot tub, where you can soak in the beauty of desert sunsets. Guests also have access to the Rim Village Clubhouse pool and hot tub for even more relaxation.

This townhome boasts one of the best locations in the development, offering stunning, unobstructed red rock views while being secluded from the rest of the community for added privacy and tranquility.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The spacious living room invites you to gather around the gas fireplace or enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable. Additionally, the home is equipped with a smart Ecobee thermostat with room-specific sensors to ensure your comfort in every room

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

The house was very comfortable we really like the decor especially artwork of the surrounding National Parks and Recreation areas. The house had a very convenient location close enough to get to Moab but far enough away for solitude. Our pets really enjoyed the grass area to play in. I would suggest for your aging customers adding grab bar in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Nice, but won't be 1st choice next time

Kudos to Jeff at Utah Escapes, the prop manager, for an outstanding job taking care of our issues and concerns. I would do business with Jeff again. The property itself was good but not exceptional. Appliance were new and good, but some things concerned us and we had to reach out to Jeff to have them addressed. Unlike other places we stayed at, we had more interaction with prop manager than we would have wanted (nothing against Jeff). Location is nice but it is not convenient to walking in town. Next time we will look for something a few blocks from main strip . Access to freeway was excellent and thus access to outdoor adventures was not an issue atall.
