Fish from the backyard, pull your boat up, take a nap, then head back out. Take a walk to the pool, clubhouse or restaurants, gym or even walk to the golf shop. Excellent for family vacations! FAMILIES ONLY-NO LOUD PARTIES. This is a quiet family unit. We will not consider spring breakers, prom, large parties. Located in the fabulous gated & guarded community of April Sound. Deposit of $300 required + cleaning deposit of $100 refundable.
Must be 25 to rent,    *3 night minimum stay*
Last minute rentals accepted.  Once booked, prices are confirmed.
4 night minimum on major holidays: 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Christmas
Paypal accepted for rent & deposit & do not have to have a Paypal account to pay.
