OUR CONDO IS AN OCEAN FRONT UNIT, Coronado 1406 (building closest to the beach), It is on the 14th floor, right below the penthouses. Coronado has the easiest access to the beach and pools of all the buildings.

OUR CONDO BOASTS THE LARGEST GREAT ROOM AND IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE FLOOR PLANS AT LAS PALOMAS RESORT. IT IS A TOTAL OF 2000 SQ. FT. (400 of it is the patio!) BOTH BEDROOMS PROVIDE KING BEDS FOR YOUR COMFORT! This condo has very easy access to the beach and to both Phase I and Phase II pool areas.
Sleeps six comfortably, with both a bonus bunk room and pull out bed as sleeping options (call for details). This relaxing and superbly decorated condo has two master suites, each with heavenly pillow top king size beds; wall mounted 32 inch flat screen TVs with built in DVD players and two luxurious travertine marble bathrooms. The bonus bunkroom even has its own flatscreen TV, plus air/heat, great fan, reading lights, and peg board to hang clothes. It is a small room without a window, but a great private place for kids or the extra adult.
One of the very closest condos to the beach. Fantastic views from the huge great room and MBR¸ and the view from the kitchen is all ocean. All the furniture in the condo is high end. Our condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, a 42" flat screen TV in the living room, surround sound, DVD/CD player and an I-POD PORT. There is also a laundry room in the unit with a utility sink. Another special feature is the huge hammock on the balcony to swing your day away.
We have FREE WI-FI provided in our condo, not just in the common areas!!
GOLFERS - For the golfer, The Las Palomas Golf Resort boasts an 18 hole championship Links golf course, golf range and practice area, right next to the resort on sandy beach. You can walk or drive over in minutes.

You, and only you, will be in control of the key to this closet at all times.

My husband and I stayed at Terry's condo this past week (Jan 19-26). We LOVED it!! We have stayed at another condo at Las Palomas and this, by FAR, surpassed our last experience. The view is spectacular. The furniture inside of the condo is so comfy and welcoming, it's like home away from home. The decor is beautiful. The outside furniture and expanded balcony was really great for enjoying the sea and the sunsets. Terry and Elaine have provided all the extras you need in the closet that they give you access to. It was also nice to have a locked closet to leave valuables when we were out on the town. We also appreciated all of the creature comforts in the kitchen. :) Terry was such a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns with great communication!! When we had a slight glitch while we were there, Terry took care of it right away. Thanks for the awesome vacation week! We hope we are able to always stay at Coronado 1406. There is no reason that we wouldn't choose this condo over and over again in the future!! Laura and Jay PS The Jimmy Buffet and Refreshment CD's were a really nice touch and really added to our "change in latitude, change in attitude" frame of mind.

We stayed in this Condo this Memorial Day weekend. WOW what a beautiful condo this is. The Condo is First Class all the way with every amenity you can possibly think of. The owner is easy to work with and makes you feel like family while staying in his Condo. He gave us access to his owner closet with things such as a pop up tent and chairs for the beach and plenty of other stuff. This came in handy since the beach was packed over this weekend and of course the early risers got all the chairs. I would reccomend this unit to anyone looking to rent at Las Palomas its once of the best and this is my 5th year going over Memorial Day Weekend. Also just for the record there are NO gun fights or crazy street battles in Puerto Penasco dont believe all the hype. I didnt see any sort of violence what so ever and felt safe the entire time. I spent alot of time out and about in the Los Choncas area, Downtown and on Sandy Beach and never saw anything unusal.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We've traveled all over Mexico - Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, Manzanillo, Troncones, Mazatlan, Playa Del Carmen - and this was by far the nicest condo and resort ever! From the moment we entered the condo, we knew we were going to have a great time. The view from the balcony was stunning. The amenities truly were first class. Bedrooms completely wonderful. The restaurant had some of the best food, served with aplomb. The bartenders were wonderful, and we enjoyed the beach, even thought the weather was a bit cool. All in all, a great time. PP is a funky little town, with the fish market being a great find to bring home jumbo shrimp to cook in the wonderful kitchen.

We just returned from our trip and must say we enjoyed the condo very much. The owner was very nice and answered all my questions and concerns prior to arrival. The condo was immaculate and our group enjoyed the views and space. Cannot wait to go back.

March 2010. Wow, what a beautiful condo! We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Terry has every cooking utensil, dish, or appliance needed to cook in and entertain friends, just bring the food! We loved that Terry made the owners closet available, we felt like we were family. The two King size beds were soooo comfortable and then the bunk beds in the bonus room were perfect for our 10 year old. The view is spectacular. The location of the condo is perfect(closest to the beach and pool). We can't wait to come back!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our 7th time staying in Rocky Point, each time at a new condo. After our January stay the search is over. This condo has a one of a kind view and the perfect balance of high class resort with a comfortable feel. The newly added bunk room was a great value. It was like having a 3 bedroom for the price of 2. Our kids enjoyed the heated pools and even spent hours on the beach. There is not a bad time of year for Rocky Point weather. The place was loaded with movies, beach stuff, and kitchen supplies. It will make packing a breeze when we go down next month!

I have been to Rocky Point many times now, stayed in beach houses,and in several of the Sonoran condo's but Las Palomas and this condo is the best place I have stayed in and being in hospitality I have high expectations. The condo is stunning! The pictures do not do it justice. We walked into the condo and were amazed by the amenities offered. The rooms have flat screens with cable, beautiful bathrooms, great shower amenities and very comfortable beds. The kitchen, dining room, and living room all have great views of the ocean! The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The balcony is the best part, it is better than any view we have had staying in any other condo, extremely relaxing and the best place in Rocky Point to watch the sun set. Las Palomas has several pools even heated in the winter and of course the swim up bar is always open! We spent time under the palapas at the beach and lounging in the pool. The restaurant is a four star restaurant. The service was beyond my expectations and we were impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. I am done trying new places and new condos I will be coming back to this one and can't wait for our next visit!

My wife and I stayed in this gorgeous condo last month, and we liked it so much we bought it. Mark and Luella had done just a fantastic job furnishing this place. It has most everything you need for your stay. We could have bought another 2 bedroom condo in Las Palomas for half the price, but given the far superior view, size and how perfect in every way this condo is, we felt it was worth the extra money. We plan to continue to offer the same level of service as Mark and Luella did.

What a great place! We had the best time here in this condo, we almost didnt go to the beach because the condo is so comfortable. Its the best condo we have stayed in so far. Las Palomas was so much fun. We will be back!

We just returned from our 3rd visit to this beautiful condo. It is gorgeous and so comfortable, you may not want to go to the beach! Kids loved the ocean, all the pools and the kids center.
