Our "Jewel By The Sea" condo includes such amenities as seven different pools (including a lazy river, negative-edge pool, toddler pool, and water slide), a covered hammock area, swim-up outdoor bar, two restaurants, beach palapas (huts), a convenience store, and all the services you would expect from a first-class resort. The Las Palomas Seaside Golf Community also includes gated security, underground parking, high speed internet/cable TV/digital Cisco phone system, beach towels and lounge chairs provided for poolside enjoyment, front desk/lobby check-in/check-out, and room service upon request. Golfers can reserve a tee time up to five days in advance at the ONLY 18-hole Nicklaus Links golf course in the area.
Your next vacation could be spent in our condo in the Topaz building, which features a two-bedroom floor plan plus family room and kitchen. 3 Wall mounted TVs all with DVD players and a CD Stereo with an Ipod station. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and its own oversized bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom features a queen/full bed and adjoining bathroom. There is also a comfortable, pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room. Both bedrooms and the family room face directly out to the ocean, each having glass sliding doors leading to a large private patio. The bathrooms include travertine marble finishes and upgraded fixtures, and the kitchen includes a granite countertop and all the latest appliances (including, of course, a blender!). There is even a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Furnishings reflect the rich, warm, comfortable and inviting textures of the Southwest, with a calming color scheme to soothe and relax you as you "get away from it all".
This is a non-smoking unit and, there are no pets allowed.
Las Palomas requires a 50% deposit when making the reservation. Deposits are via credit card.
Rates are as follows: Sunday-Thursday $135 per night plus tax Friday and Saturday $140 per night plus tax. Currently the tax rate is 5.5%.
NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS IN THE RENTAL POOL...LAS PALOMAS MANAGEMENT REQUIRES THE PERSON WHO CHECKS-IN TO BE AGE 25 OR OLDER.

I have to say that this condo exceeds ALL EXPECTATIONS. The place is beautifully decorated- gorgeous leather coaches, the bedrooms are furnished with beautiful wooden dressers and the beds are soooo comfortable. Each room is equipped with a flat screen television. The kitchen has every appliance you would ever think about using. We used the blender pretty often to make margaritas. The drinks can add up but like the previous reviewer noted, it is so easy to go back to the condo and refill.The bathrooms are designed like a high-end boutique hotel. Now let me tell you about the view. The view is spectacular! Waking up every morning and walking out of your bedroom to the patio while sipping on a warm cup of coffee--life couldn't get any better. AND Each bedroom is connected to the very very very spacious balcony! The owners take very good care of this rental and are the sweetest! It comes HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.

I am a frequent guest of Las Palomas. This is the best resort on Sandy Beach hands down. The kids always stay occupied with the waterslide, pools, and lazy river giving my husband and I some time to relax and enjoy our vacation as well. Topaz 1003 is a great unit. The beds are comfortable, the patio is GIGANTIC, and the unit itself has everything you could desire. You will never even notice that Topaz is the second building because the view is so fantastic. To me the location is optimal since you not only have a ocean front view to the front, but you also have a view of Cholla Bay between the buildings to the right. Booking through the owner went super smooth and our room was ready when we checked in. One tip would be-Pack your own drinks. The bar gets pricey and it is easy to make a big drink then take turns going back to the room to replenish. I actually pack most of our food and drinks since we are a little picky!
