We loved it so much we decided to purchase a condo here and want others to enjoy it as much as we do. Las Palomas is the largest planned resort community in all of Puerto Penasco which means it offers more amenities to you than at other resorts. Las Palomas offers a Jack Nicholas Golf Course, Palapas on the Beach, Beach Volleyball, Water Slides & Kiddy Pools, Negative-Edge Pools, Jacuzzi's, Swim-Up Bars, Lazy Rivers w/Rafts Included, High-End Lounge Chairs with optional Face Shields, Pool-Side Eateries, Upscale Restaurants, Fitness Center, Spa (2008), Convention Halls, and MUCH, MUCH, more...All within the secured grounds of Las Palomas which is gated and guarded by security 24/7! Restaurants include: La Maria Bistro which just earned AAA's 4-diamond rating, Citron, Pool-Side Eateries, and soon a Sushi Bar & Deli.

RENTERS BEWARE: If you find a similar unit offered for less money on VRBO or any other website you WILL NOT be getting all the services that make Las Palomas a 4 Star Resort such as: daily maid service, room service, 24/7 front desk assistance for appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key. You also cannot be assured of the quality of the unit, it’s furnishings and accessories as that unit will not have met Las Palomas minimum standards for the resort approved and managed Rental Pool. As a notice to you, Las Palomas is going through daily changes regarding owners discounting the units below the approved rack rate that most rental pool owners abide by and all of the problems associated with it. These daily changes will indeed affect your stay and overall experience. Wrist bands are now required for all guest to stay at Las Palomas so make sure you are following the rules when renting, otherwise you may show up for check-in and be extremely disappointed. Even if you’re able to bypass the rules, you will be charged $25 per stay and $5 per person per day upfront fee upon check-in if you DO NOT RENT from an owner in the official and Las Palomas approved Rental Pool.

  • I was a first time visitor to the resort and stayed in this condo. I thought i was walking into a luxury home. I must say the bed is incredible. I have stayed in many high end hotels across the US and this bed was so comfortable it almost made me not want to go down to the beach. I reccomend this condo to anyone and everyone. Its like a home away from home! It has everything you need.

  • Our stay could not have been better. We have been to Rocky point 3-4 times and this condo was by far the nicest one we have been in. Everything about the condo screams luxury. I would rather live in this condo than my own house. The Kitchen, Bathroom, large TV's all amazing, I think our favorite part was the BED. Easily the most amazing bed we have ever slept in. When chossing rocky point choose this condo! Can't give enough praise, our stay was perfect.

  • My husband and I along with our daughter were fortunate enough to have stayed in this beautiful condo. We just left October 15th. It was truly luxurious and comfortable and had everything you needed as if you were at home. The bed was undeniably, the most luxurious bed we have ever slept on. Our friends all had seperate condos but rated ours, #1 in luxury. They raved about everything that this condo had to offer. We will definitely be coming back as this was our first time to Rocky Point and will look to rent this impressive condo once again. Thank you for a most memorable get away.
