This beautiful vacation home is a 1400 square foot condominium located the Superstition Springs Championship Golf Course, home to the regional PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament.

This is a second-floor unit with stairs and an attached 2-car garage. The condo has two full bathrooms with dual oval sinks in the master bath. The master bedroom, living room, and private patio have gorgeous views of the golf course and lake. The rear two guest rooms overlook the community pool/spa facility. The condo is ideal for relaxing while watching golfers on the 16th hole highlighted with a water feature and expansive lake, additionally boasting great sunset views in the evening.

Fully furnished, the rental offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom with two twin beds in the third guest bedroom. All rooms have cable TV and ceiling fan. A heavy-duty child safety gate for the entry way staircase is optionally available (removable) for tenants with little kids and the self-contained patio is securely fenced in and high enough to prevent young children from climbing over the railing unassisted. A portable pack'n play crib with linens is also available.

Our vacation home is only steps away from the heated pool, spa, barbecues, lakeside strolling areas and club house. The California Coast, Las Vegas, Rocky Point Mexico (Puerto Penasco), the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff and the Meteor Crater are only a few hours drive away.

This gated waterfront luxury community, in addition to being located on the golf course, is conveniently located close to the Superstitions Springs Mall, 25-screen cinemas, casual and fine dining restaurants, grocery stores, and numerous other shopping experiences. A map of local shopping and dining areas is provided in the unit.

  • My wife, along with her sister and husband stayed here for 1 week in September and had a wonderful time! The condo is perfect, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beautiful pool and spa are literally steps from your door. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the golf course. It is so close to everything we wanted and needed. Staying here was a great choice. Thank you so much, Paul and Tara, for the use of your beautiful home and your kindness to us while we were there

  • We enjoyed staying in your condo very much. We walked the strolling paths early in the morning and loved the hot tub late at night. The garage was definitely a plus for those hot days when the cars get so unbearable inside. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck, and watched the golfers try to tee off over the water, hilarious at times. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Our kids appreciated the wireless internet. We went hiking up in the Superstition Mountains, went to the Phoenix Zoo, went to the Airport Museum, and enjoyed visiting family in the area. Other days we kicked back in the condo and took full advantage of meals cooked in the well supplied kitchen. We would love to stay there again.

  • We vacationed at this condo from Dec 14/08 to Jan 22/09. We found the condo to be ideally located, close to many fine restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. The condo was well stocked with spices, cleaning supplies etc. It was very comfortable for 6 adults and the view from our balcony was wonderful. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and just relaxing around the pool. We would definitely stay there again.

  • We enjoyed our stay in your condo! It was very handy with the pool right outside the unit, we made a lot of use of it during the 40+ degree Celsius weather! As well, every morning, our 9 year old son would get up early, sit out on the balcony and watch the golfers tee off on the 9th hole! Very spacious place!
