  My two teenage sons and I stayed at Annie's condo from 4/1 thru 4/8. We had such a great time. The property is absolutely immaculate. The landscaping is so pretty and I loved the little "beach" area where I spent a lot of time reading and chatting with other guests while all of the kids were busy fishing form the docks. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well appointed, very comfortable bed, and the decorations were super cute. Annie was so easy to work with and answered any questions I had quickly. We used the grill to cook dinner several nights and it was a very friendly atmosphere with lots of different people to talk and visit with. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We enjoyed our stay. There was numerous activities and restaurants in the area. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. The owner went out of her way to be helpful. She was very easy to work with.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

  The condominium that we rented was filthy and not adequately maintained. There was dirt and grime as well as dead bugs on the floor. Every closet and all storage areas were cluttered with other people's belongings (e.g., an old television, paint and painting equipment, old shampoos and lotions, old magazines, etc.) The sliding door to the balcony was not working properly; I was unable to open the door depriving me of using the balcony unless my husband muscled it open/shut the door. The balcony was enclosed with sliding windows and screens. We noted a bent dangling window screen on one window and a broken handle with tape holding it together on a different window, which made it unable to open the window( it was to hot to sit out there). We took photographs of the dirt and maintenance issues. The condo definitely did not meet our expectations. We presumed upon renting this condo that it would be clean and functional. It was not even close.

I wish that you had mentioned that 3 days after your arrival, you called me asking for a refund of your stay because you had planned a golfing vacation and there is no golf in Islamorada. When I politely reminded you of our cancellation policy, and that would be unable to refund, I described all the great things Islamorada had to offer. You thanked me! A few minutes later you called back and said the slider was hard to open and the place was filthy. I apologized profusely and sent our professional cleaning staff who arrived with 15 minutes. Upon arrival, the staff found it spotless, as they had just completing cleaning the day prior. WD-40 made the slider easier to open. You then took them to our owner's closet and the lock had clearly been broken into. (We keep it locked, and it is labeled "owners cabinet") You showed the cleaning staff our personal belongings. It's a pity you did not mention features like the brand new flat screen TVs, new bathroom, lovely kitchen and beautiful beaded board wainescoating. In closing, I would like to add that you threatened me with a bad review if I did not refund your stay. I think my consistent 5 star reviews and over 10 years of satisfied and repeat guests speaks for itself. I truly wish that you could have enjoyed our little slice of paradise and all that Islamorada has to offer.

  Our getaway to the Florida Keys was perfect! The condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and the beach was perfect for relaxing with a good book and a cool drink. We would definately return for another vacation.

  Wow! This place was exactly what we were looking for to have a get away! It was the perfect place to stay for a newly married couple :) Annie provided a great list of area attractions and there is even a great binder when you get there with lots of suggestions and must sees! I would suggest staying here in Islamorada because it is right in the middle of everything! Close to many state parks and not too far from Key West! (rent a car though!) The condo is literally right inside the door of the marina which is beautiful! DON'T MISS THE SUNSETS!!! Check it out from the rooftop and from the beach below! (this resort is better than any restaurant view) Maybe you'll even get lucky and have Salem (the black cat) come hang out with you! Lots of fun places to lounge and relax..including hammocks! We did many fun things! Things we would suggest... -Visit John Pennecamp Coral Reef Park for Kayaking! We went on a 3 hr. kayak trip through mangroves and to the ocean, saw 6 sharks 5 jellyfish and TONS of cool fish! There is also a nice beach there to swim at! And nice short nature trails to check out! -Visit Sombrero Beach (Marathon MM50ish) BEST beach you'll see in the keys! Lots of sandy and little bit of waves! Order some pizza on the beach :) -Visit Key West! (MM0!) We went snorkeling with Fury Adventures, I would highly recommend. Saw tons of reefs and cool sea life.. including a sea turtle!!! Don't forget to walk down Duval Street! -Ocean Fishing! (we went to Robbie's) check the weather first, but you are pretty much guaranteed some GREAT wild fish to bring home! We brought home almost 10 lbs. of fish! We bought breakfast items at Publix and Winn Dixie on the way down. It's a great place to cook breakfast and even lunch. We went out to dinner most nights. Be sure to check out Smuggler's Cove and Island Grill (MM85ish?) Try lots of new foods! We had a great stay! We will be coming back someday, because 5 days just wasn't enough!!! Thanks for everything Annie!

  Great place--lived up to its description! Well stocked with towels, kitchen items etc. Decor was very ecclectic and beachy. The property was well groomed-beautiful. The little beach called Sunset Point (photo of the chairs by the water) was so relaxing--you have to stay for at least one sunset--it was spectacular! Location in the keys was strategic--short drive to all the great snorkel spots, dining and day trips to the other keys. If we get a chance to go back to the Keys, we will stay here again.

  If you've checked hotel prices in Islemorada, you know it's not a cheap place to visit. We had gone down for a destination wedding. Several other friends and family of the bride and groom stayed at a local hotel...paid more money than we did and had a very mediocre experience at best. We loved this condo. The owner had it well stocked with everything you would ever need (except your own food of course). It was very clean, well maintained and there's a convenience store right across the street. The pool at the condo complex is really large and beautiful (the hotel's looked more like a small fish pond in comparison). The staff was friendly and accommodating and we were able to get Internet Access for the week for only $10.00. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering traveling to the area and it will definitely be my first choice should I visit there again. Vicki A.

  Our Summer Seas condo experience was everything promised in the listing and more. The decor was beachy, yet not overdone and featured local art and craft items. Annie provided helpful information for local shopping, dining and touring plus equipped the condo with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. What a pleasure to walk into this immaculate and well furnished condo after our flight into Key West and breathtaking drive to Islamorada. This location was perfect for touring all the Keys, the Royal Palm section of the Everglades plus South Beach and Key Biscayne.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  This was our first trip to keys..we totally enjoyed it..condo is so close to everything..there is a nice pool and private beach..condo has everything that you could think of..including toys for kids and kids dvds... lovely place and Annie was very helpful with our reservation..thnx for sharing your condo..

  This condo had everything you could ask for! My family was very comfortable and enjoyed coming home after our days of boating and fishing. Tastefully furnished, nice linens and great upgrades! Thanks to the owner's who are very accomodating. Perfect trip.
