We spent a wonderful week in autumn in this very clean, well-furnished townhouse. It is away from the crowds, but an easy drive to town and on to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and for meal preparation when we didn't want to eat out. The owners left restaurant tips that were very helpful. The area is quiet; we suggest walks in the neighborhood - don't miss the petroglyphs just up the road toward the mountains. Scenery just outside is beautiful. There is a pool, and although we didn't have time to use it, on a hot day it would have been welcome. There is a nice patio just off the main living area that was very pleasant for breakfasts and looking at the stars at night. It is just the right size for 4 people with two queen bedrooms and two bathooms.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My hiking friend and I really enjoyed staying at your condo. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with everything that we needed (and the wifi worked great). We'll recommend to our friends that they stay here if they plan to visit Moab.

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and attractive townhouse. All furnishings nice with everything we needed to be comfortable. Quiet neighborhood yet only 5 min car drive to town. Would definitly stay there again.

This townhouse is just perfect for a day or a week getaway. It is nicely furnished with out being over crowded. Great patio for relaxing. There is everything you might need already there, just bring a change of clothing and you are ready. Convenient to the golf course and a short distance to Moab for shopping and dinning. The beds are so comfortable and it is so quite there you can really sleep sound. The stairs to the bedrooms are a little steep if you have any health problems. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely consider staying there again if in that area.
