Located in the new phase 2, Cortez building, unit # I-505 not too low, not too high, just perfect & over 1300 sq. ft. including the patio. We take great pride in our luxury vacation condos and guarantee to give you the best prices allowed at Las Palomas. What makes our unit better than others? Our condo was toured by AAA representatives and Las Palomas management. The AAA representatives stated seeing this unit was a deciding factor in awarding the 4 Diamond Rating to the resort. Condo features:
We loaded our condos with state of the art electronics, a 50" wall mounted Plasma TV in the Family Room on a tilt and swivel bracket for viewing from any direction including the patio, Bose surround sound system, iPod playing, docking & charging station & DVD player. The master bedroom offers a 32" wall mounted plasma & iPod station. High Speed Internet, Laptop Computer (yes, we provide one) & work station for your personal use, plus wireless service for your own laptop. This unit also offers a digital WALL SAFE in the laundry room.
The master bed offers a Top-of-the-Line Pillow-Top mattress to sleep your cares away! The family room offers 2 additional sleeping areas; one is a comfortable reading chair by day & a twin bed by night. The other is a top-of-the-line Lazy boy sleeper sofa with a queen size bed which offers a pillow top mattress with a state of the art blow up mattress insert for added comfort...you will never know you are sleeping on a sleeper sofa! There is a Gourmet Kitchen with a coffee pot & tons of other top-of-the-line appliances, gadgets, & Granite Countertops. The bathroom has Marble & Travertine, built in hair dryer, oversized makeup mirror, extra-Large Walk-In Shower. Large Dining Room Table with seating for 4 plus an additional 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. We have included several games & movies for your enjoyment. Our condo also offers Purified Water, Air-Conditioning, Laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, sink, iron & full sized ironing board. Private Balcony off the family room. Most Importantly a Stunning Ocean View! Wake up to the Sounds of the Ocean & Pristine Beachfront Views!

Club rental is also available.
NOTE: OUR RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY REQUIRES THE PERSON WHO CHECKS-IN TO BE AGE 25 OR OLDER. THIS PERSON MUST ALSO STAY FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR VISIT. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY STAY REQUIRED.

You also cannot be assured of the quality of the unit, its furnishings and accessories as that unit will not have met Las Palomas' minimum standards for the resort approved and managed rental pool.

Complete Bedding is included for Sofa-Sleepers as well as extra pillows and blankets for more even more guests.

We have been vacationing in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) for many years. We have stayed in most of the resorts in the area. We fell in love with Las Palomas & all of the amenities they offer. There is really no need to ever leave the resort! They have several pools, Jacuzzis, swim up pool bars, pool side eateries, 4 star restaurants, spa services, work out facility, convention/meeting center, wedding packages, banana boat rides, parasailing, jet ski rentals, you name it....

I LOVED this condo. It had EVERYTHING I needed and more! The decor is beautiful & the views are spectacular! I plan to come again in May & October & will definitely request this condo!
