I was an excellent location, walking distance from everything we needed while staying. This condo was more than accomidating for everyone in our party. The gated secure parking was a plus. I can not say enough about how good the accomidations and owner was to our needs. She was alway willing to communicate our concerns and she has excellent communication skills with prompt answers. Anyone needed a beautiful place to rent while visiting NOLA this is the place to stay!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Dina's condo on Magazine Street is the perfect spot to spend time in New Orleans. Close enough to walk to all the attractions (and home from Bourbon Street) yet far enough away from the fray to be comfortable. The apartment itself is fantastic. The roof top patio offers fantastic views of the skyline. The arts and warehouse district is wonderful with lots of restaurants and attractions close by. The condo offeres two full bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom; a wonderful kitchen and secure parkikng. Dina was a great administrator as well. No problem at all working out the detials of our stay on line. There were 5 of us staying in the unit. I would definiitely use this accommodation again if I travel to New Orleans

My husband, myself and another couple all stayed at this wonderful condo on Magazine Street last weekend. Even though we drove to New Orleans from Texas, we barely used our car at all (except to make a trip to Whole Foods once). You can see Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, and the Garden District all on foot, which would almost be worthy of 5 stars right there... but also, the pictures of the condo don't really do it justice. It's much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Each bedroom is about the same size, both with en-suite bathrooms, so it's absolutely perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen has brand new appliances-- very clean and very easy to use. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

The description really doesn't do the condo justice. It is simply perfect. The photos are accurate, but you really have to step inside to get the cozy feel that is offered. We found the condo very clean, and the owner was always available to answer our questions. I can't recommend this condo enough. It was in the center of all the art galleries and museums that we wanted to visit. Being in the Wharehouse/Lower Business district, it meant a short walk to the casino, just a 5min walk to the quarter (or a $6 cab ride) which meant that there were no strange people parked outside the building after dark. When the party was over, we got to return to a quiet, charming, comfortable home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We absolutely loved the condo. All rooms are very nice, spacious and well kept. The rooftop terrace with the hottub and BBQ is absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed it very much. The condo is very central in NOLA: the arts/warehouse bars and restaurant are within minutes easy walking distance and so is Morial Convention Center and the riverfront. The French quarter is also within easy walking distance. I'd certainly recommend this appartment to anyone staying in NOLA. Fabian Kooij (oct 16 - oct 21 2009)
