The False Creek Aqua Bus, with direct access to the famous Granville Island market, is minutes away, and the Vancouver Sea Wall is right outside your door – walk or cycle directly to English Bay and Stanley Park!

BUILDING AMENITIES
The complex boasts a spectacular common-area lagoon, unlike anything else in the downtown core - a true urban oasis with ducks, water lilies and ponds full of koi.
As our guest, you may access all building amenities, including a full gym, 50 foot lap/swimming pool, hot tub, his and her steam rooms and a dry sauna. A full range of professional services including a walk-in medical clinic, chiropractic clinic, dental clinic, travel agency and hair salon are also on-site.
The building is fully secured, with key/fob controlled access, gated underground parking, 24 hour security and electronic access limited to your floor.
RATES AND TERMS
- Rates are all-inclusive – high speed internet, local & long distance telephone calls (Canada & US), underground parking, in suite laundry, & exercise facilities. - Rates based on double, triple or quadruple occupancy (two queen beds). - Suite sleeps up to 6, with sofa bed - add $25.00CAD per night per additional person over 4. - One time $75 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.
Payment - We accept Visa & MasterCard. Cash, cheque, wire transfer or money order may also be arranged. - No Provincial Sales Tax (7%), Hotel Tax (8%) or GST (5%) applies.
Deposits - 50% deposit with reservation. Balance 14 days prior to check-in. - Deposit 100% refundable with 60 days notice, 75% refundable with 30 days notice. Non-refundable if less than 30 days notice or early departure. - Fully refundable security deposit - $500 or 15% of total rental (whichever is greater) 14 days prior to check in. Returned within 14 days of check out.
Pets and Smoking - Ours is a non-smoking suite. Small hypoallergenic dogs may be considered (case-by-case basis). All other pets are not permitted. |
