This modern, two-story town home in Old Town Albuquerque features quiet, elegant beauty in Albuquerque's most desired area. Walk to scenic Old Town plaza, the museum district and many fine shops and restaurants. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to I-40, the home is less than ten minutes from the airport.

This well-equipped property has air-conditioning (not evaporative cooling!), has a master bedroom with bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and a bathroom plus a separate sink/vanity upstairs. The beautifully decorated living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a cozy desk area (if you must work). and comfortable dining area. The full, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave oven. Washer/dryer too. The dining room seats 8.

This home features an artfully decorated 1,750 square feet of living space and has an attached two-car garage with automatic garage door opener. Enjoy the large private patio and the deck/balcony off the upstairs bedroom.

Why the Owner Chose Albuquerque

We had a demanding list of requirements:

- We wanted a home that was convenient to some of the best that Albuquerque has to offer. Great restaurants, shops and museums.

- The home had to be convenient to get to (close to the Interstate).

- The home had to be in a friendly neighborhood that was quiet and safe.

- The floor plan had to provide easy access and sufficient privacy.

The Pueblo del Norte town house community perfectly filled all these requirements.

The Unique Benefits at this Town Home

My partner Jana is a great decorator. She has created some marvelous living spaces. The pictures tell the story. Plus, since the home is within walking distance to some of Albuquerque's best restaurants, a great winery and a Starbucks, what more could I ask for?

We had such a good response that we have since purchased two other homes in the same town house community (this one and listing # 164209).     • It is extremely difficult to find a nice place to stay on vacation, but even more difficult if you are doing this for our "Sisters Get-Together" - 6 Sisters from different ares of the country. This house pleased even the most difficult to please among us. There are three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a bonus sink area in the hall. Downstairs there is a Master Suite that has a double sink and full bath. There was plenty of room for all six women to get ready in the morning. The house is spacious, private, and clean. We were happily surprised. There is easy access to the highways. The owner even provides popcorn, tea and coffee. There is no risk involved in renting this house. The owner is fair and easy to deal with. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

    • Very nice property that is extremely well maintained, very comfortable and in a prime location. Walking distance to old town came in handy since parking is limited in Old Town during busy hours. Conveniently located near I40 and short drive to the airport (15min.) The owners were also very easy and pleasant to deal with in all transactions.

    • We really enjoyed our stay in Albuquerque largely because we had this comfortable, clean and lovely place to stay - it felt like we were home. We walked to old town and the children's museum and look forward to staying there again on our next visit. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

    • Excellent location. Easy access to major interstate, walking distance to Old Town. The house was beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The patio was wonderful for morning coffee and paper. It was also very quiet, you could sleep with the windows open! This was an outstanding property!
