The Apartment has 94 square Meters (1, 011.8 Square Feet). It has 2 bedrooms, three full bathrooms and balcony.
One Master Bedroom with Walk-in Closet, full bathroom and a King Size Bed; one Guest room with two twin beds and full bathroom. It has a spectacular designed living and dining room; beautiful balcony facing the city of Panama; it also has a fully furnished kitchen including laundry center and one extra full bathroom in the kitchen area for helper.
The apartment has been carefully designed and decorated to fulfill international traveler needs. It has moving panel windows shade to protect the sunshine and still gives you a beautiful view to the city. The curtains in Bedrooms are all with sun block to prevent lights coming through early in the morning. It has valuable furniture.It also includes linen, and towels. Garbage is collected from Monday through Saturday right outside your door.
Another amazing feature of this brand new apartment is the social area. It has a breathtaking 360 Degree View of the Panama Bay, Mountains and the city of Panama. The social area is on the top roof of the Building with event rooms and a large swimming pool as well as sun deck to relax.
All three rooms are equipped with remote control Air Conditioning.
Internet Wireless is also available through out the house. Cable television with 100 Channels such as CNN, Fox, ESPN, and DW are part of the services in two rooms which includes Television LCD and radio.

Great time in Panama City!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is centrally located in El Cangrejo and is walking distance to many restaurants. The condo is well-equipped and clean. We had the property manager pick us up from the airport and arriving couldn't have been easier. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great time at this condo! It was very clean and appears just like the pictures on this site. It is in a very safe and secure part of the city with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Luis, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He recommended places for us to eat and sites that we should see. On the Wednesday of our stay, Panama City had a water issue. The water came back on for the city around 8:00 or so in the morning but one of the pipes for our building burst and we were without water for most of the day. Luis offered for us to come to his condo where the water was back on and he even offered to drive us where we wanted to go for the day. Two of our guests were sick as well and Luis asked us if we needed anything from the pharmacy, and that he would be happy to pick it up for us! He tried hard to remedy a situation that was no fault of his own and beyond his control. The repairmen worked long and hard trying to fix the pipe and the water came on later in the evening and everything was fine. Enrique was always bang on time for our appointments, and he was also kind and courteous. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Panama City.

Great, but a few issues
We were in the city to get medical treatment for my 23-month old daughter. This condo is great if you have kids and need some space with a kitchen and living space. Our stay was fairly good. The decor, amenities and location were excellent. However, there was a building-wide gas issue the week we were there, so went without hot water for 6 days. This also meant the washer could only wash in cold and the dryer was not useable. Enrique was kind enough to install an electric shower head and deliver a hot plate, however, he didn't get that done until day 3 and we had to ask for the shower head option. It was a bit annoying to have to work around that and wait so long, especially when they knew ahead of time this was going to happen. The condo also had quite a few ants - mostly in the kitchen. They were harmless, but also an annoyance. We also had to check out early our last day there...we had planned for Enrique to be at the condo at 6:00am, but he was late and arrived at 6:30am. You'll find that many Panamanians operate on their own schedule, so allow time for this if you're needing to be somewhere (like the airport). And plan to pay for the entire condo (with deposit) in cash as soon as you arrive. Because Enrique was late, we were nervous he was just going to keep our deposit. Thankfully, that didn't happen.

You contacted us, through referral. Considering this we rented the condo for 5 people (exception) for 680.00 Dollars (normally is 800.00). We asked to pay cash upon check in and leave a security deposit. The security deposit is to secure that guests return the key and the property is inspected and there is no damage caused. You requested the money the day before. About the gas:On August 22 (you read the notice in the elevator), the administration decided to inspect gas. I sent a note to you a week later. I informed you, proposed solutions and gave you options before your arrival exactly to prevent this kind of review. Never wanted to hide anything. You agreed in your email that as long you had a good microwave and electrical stove will do it and that you will inform me if you needed electrical shower. You arrived on Sept 1 and the gas was disconnected on Monday September 3. On Sept 3, you informed Enrique (condo admin) that you will let him know about the shower. On Tuesday you called and asked for the electrical shower for that day. We contacted the electrician, but he could only go next day morning. You said no, that Wednesday afternoon was better. Electrical shower was installed Wednesday. About the little ants: Panama is a tropical country and many issued arises specially when customers leave the condo not so clean and it takes lots of effort to clean it. We did notice ants, but we fumigated immediately. We are taking measures and check how to get rid of them. Thanks for telling us. About Enrique: This is very sad to think this about him: You informed Enrique that someone will pick you up at 6.45 AM. Enrique mentioned he would come at 6.00. Indeed he came 6.30 AM, still on time for the 6.45 pickup. He started cleaning when he arrived, got even a tip from you one of your relative thanking him for the cleaning. You left on time. We are very devastated for this very first public review, but we also appreciate to have the opportunity to clarify it. We always kept in contact and I could have given you options such as returning the money or move to another condo. I hope you understand that this can happen and the make sure that Enrique will never keep someone else money. We have been in business for 5 years, so many great reviews, so great reviews about Enrique. We are so sorry you feel this.

I do not want to post this review at all to keep this a secret from other travelers. However, Louis is an honest owner and he deserves honest review. The condo is nicely furnished and located in the central part of Panama city. The owner is an honest gracious host and the world traveler. He spent time showing you around and gave recommendations. The condo is located in a nice area within walking distance of many 24 hours restaurants and 24 hours Rey supermarket. But you don't need any of that if you just take a short walk to Via Espana after 8 PM and get some of the best Panama foods from the cart vendors. If you want to cook yourself, take a $3.00 cab to the fish market and buy some of the best and freshest seafood to cook at condo or you can take a 5 minutes walk down to Rey supermarket and buy all the meats you need. The condo is finely furnish with all the utensils needed to do you own cooking. You can also take a 1 minutes walk to Rincon Habana to get real nice Cuban Cigars to bring home. Nice properties as always are the results of the work of the owner. Louis really makes this a nice property for the comfort of the guests. Our flight from Boca Del Toros was delayed by over an hour and yet when we arrived, Louis was there at Allbrook airport waving with a smile. If ( When actually- already plan to) I come back to Panama, I would schedule my vacation around the availability of this gem.

My husband, 2 teenaged daughters and I had a great stay at El Cangrejo. The apartment was modern, roomy, clean and quiet; the location was good; and Enrique was an extremely nice and accomodating driver/guide. When we had questions, they were answered immediately by Enrique or Luis. We enjoyed the restaurant El Trapiche down the block, and Pan del Mundo around the corner. The crowded, unair-conditioned local buses were a bit intimidating but a good taste of "real" Panama. A trip to the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute on Barro Colorado, though inconvenient to get to (Enriques was a willing drivr) and expensive is well worth it: a fascinating look at the research into the flora and fauna of a tropical rainforest. If you go to Miraflores to view the Panama Canal in action, make sure you go during a peak transit time: there are times during the day when virtually nothing happens, apparently; other times when the canal is full of passing ships. We found the Panamanian people very friendly and extremely helpful: were approached by people on several occasions as we were standing on corners looking lost or confused, with suggestons for restaurants and services. Overall, a wonderful trip with a very comfortable home base.

The condo is just as described on the website. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance. A nice bakery and a twenty four hour restaurant just around the corner. The condo is very clean and well decorated. Enrique was right at the front entrance when we arrived to bring us up to the condo. He speaks very good English and was very helpful. The owner even provided a cell phone for communications which we are very grateful for. We had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely rent this condo again next time we visit Panama. Thank you Luis and Enrique for all your help in making our stay so enjoyable.

About the owner: I grew up in Panama, traveled the world and lived in many countries. This globe trekking experience has allowed me to learn about international traveling and the need people have when they are away from home. I studied international marketing and always wanted to own a small hotel. In 2008 I realized the potential Panama has to offer to local and foreigners regarding accommodation. Therefore, I started with a small real estate consultant company in which we advise potential customers for properties. In order to live what we consult, our company bought a condo in a building called "Cangrejo 507". We have put a lot of efforts in making this condo as comfortable our customers deserve. We have also learned from our guests from tips to make your home away from home a beautiful place.
Why the Owner Chose Panama City:
At first, we debated where to buy the condo, whether to buy an old one and renovate. In the end and after an extensive research, we decided that EL Cangrejo neighborhood is the best potential. I lived in this area during my University time back in the 80's. Today this is a vibrant location and very trendy with many amenities just at walkng distance. We also noticed that the building is near main street, but on a quiet street which at night do not get noise. We also saw that the material used for construction were fine compared to others such as double windows, social area. We love it !
