We normally stay in hotels when we visit Paris, but never again, we had a lovely time in this well equipped apartment handily placed for the metro. We ate in one night, with our son and his girlfriend and it made a great change to chill out with a glass or two of wine. There was everything we needed.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

On our recent visit to Paris my mother and I decided that it would be much nicer to rent an appartment for the week instead of being stuck in a hotel. There were four of us women- my 82 year old mother, a young cousin, a family friend and myself. We were so pleased with all the help that Jose gave us when we were looking into the rental of this property. He answered all my many questions and was very prompt with his replies. The appartment was just as described and pictured on the web site, actually we were all very pleasantly surprised at how really lovely it was - there were no pictures of the beautiful ceilings, very nice elevator, and the lovely hard wood floors. The appartment was very comfortable - the beds were great and there was additiional pillows and blankets if we needed them. The living room/dining room was a great place to relax, visit and write in our journals. We did have a bit of trouble with the tv, but we are all technically challenged...The kitchen was fun to cook in - we even had a dinner party for friends! The neighborhood is great - shops are acrossed the street and very easy to get to. There is a Metro stop a block away and bus service around the corner - very easy to get around Paris from the appartment. When we arrived Baltazar (Paris agent) met us and showed us all around the appartment - that was really a nice touch! All in all we loved our little Paris home and are ready to return! Our only disclaimer would be that it was difficult for my mother to use the shower/bathtub - in France the tub sides are very high and she was very nervous about getting in and out of the tub - maybe some grab bars?? Anyway we would return again to this property and really enjoyed dealing with Baltazar and Jose.

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights and had the most pleasant stay. Being a group of 5 adults we were a little worried about being cramped but we had enough space and was just perfect. The nearby park is a must on a sunny day and really sets the tone of Paris, if you cross through the park you can enjoy wonderful little markets and corner cafes. If you're used to taking the metro you'll have no problems, there is also a taxi rank near by and i think we paid around €10 to get to the city centre and around €30 for 2 of us to get to the airport. The only problem we had was with the bathroom door proving a little difficult to open once closed. Other than that the apartment was very clean and in great condition and the staff we also very welcoming and helpful on arrival and departure. The listing photos and description are really very accurate and we were very happy with our choice.

We spent 3 fantasic days in the apartment, it was light and airy you were able to open all the widows and take in the Paris atmosphere in the street below. It is a quiet street tree lines with the metro really close so getting around was easy. Great resturants, bakeries and supermarket nearby. The listing photos are truely accurate and the property is well maintained.We chose to use the laundromat across the street due to the amount of washing we had with 2 teenagers with us, the ladies who used it were all so helpful making life easier. We fitted in Sacre Cour, the Eiffel tower and a trip to Monets garden , as we were able to use the wifi we were able to work out our trips with ease. There are some lovely walks in the modern gardens nearby and through the local streets you find hidden squares with great cafes well worth a visit

We only stayed for 3-4 days in this flat but thought it was thoroughly enjoyable. Staff helped us with any queries or technical problems and made sure we have everything needed to settle down. Location is very good as there's a metro station, big covered market, pharmacies and numerous lively eateries nearby. If arriving by car, parking is also not a problem as there is a (paid) park house within a very short distance to the flat. All in all, we'd therefore gladly recommend this flat for both short or long stays of up to 6 pax!

Rent Paris Now is a wonderful group to deal with. From start to finish, they were helpful and honest. This apartment is actually very roomy. We had a family of 5, parents and 3 adult children in this apartment. One bedroom has a double bed, very comfortable. One bedroom has two regular twin beds with a door leading to the bathroom. The living room has a nice sized pull out couch bed. The kitchen was just big enough and well equipped. They had a coffee maker, stove and all the equipment and dishes needed to cook and serve meals. The bakery is nearby along with a supermarket and a fruit/vegetable market. There is a butcher and a place that hand makes pasta too. The metro is about two blocks away, Pl de Clichy. It was easy to get to anywhere in the city using the metro. The windows open and to a lovely street. There are four flights of stairs to the apartment, not a problem for us. There is also a one person elevator which works fine. The hot water was a bit on the slight side. With 5 people showering, one of us usually didn't have hot water even if we were careful. Four people would probably be OK. There is an iron and ironing board. There is no air conditioning that I was aware of but we didn't need any in May. There may be air conditioning that I didn't notice. The place was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, I loved this place. It was a real taste of living in Paris.

When I embarked on the planning of a vacation in France for my own family as well as my two nieces, I was looking for a secure, pleasant location in Paris from which we could explore this wonderful city. Batignolles did not dissappoint, and the staff who met our needs while staying there were extremely helpful. Located in a lovely, calm area with a superb boulangerie nearby, Batignolles was a bright, cheery, clean, secure apartment with a very kind neighbour who lent us her tire-bouchon! From the Métro nearby, we had a direct trip to Montparnasse where we entered & exited Paris on the TGV; we could get downtown with ease, as well as over to Sacre-Coeur without too many train changes. When the métro was closed, the taxi ride from la Tour Eiffel to Batignolles was very reasonably priced and easy to acquire! We would definitely return to Batignolles if we were to plan another trip to Paris, but we would also love to try out another rentparisnow property! Without a doubt, we will turn to Jose and his team for help in booking accommodations for our next vacation adventure!
