we loved this stay. Being far enough away from the touristy areas and yet close enough to get anywhere with an easy subway ride was perfect for us. We like to eat a few of our meals "in" and having the market and bakery just a block away worked great - And having the courtyard to enjoy them in was even better. Also there are more than enough shops and cafes within easy walking distance to keep you busy for weeks. The apartment itself is well appointed, organized and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe. We would certainly stay here again.

so charming! it was a quiet neighbor and gave us exactly what we needed to explore the city. listing was accurate host was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely property, fine location, and very clean. There were a few problems, due to language differences, but those were cleared up. We would love to visit here again.

We found this property disappointing. Our expectations include a clean kitchen. Some of the pots and pans were dirty and coated with dust. The landlady was away and although there is a washing machine, there was nowhere to hang the wet clothes. It took over a day or two to get a clothes rack. The courtyard has potential but needed attention.The area around this property is walkable and lovely.

It's my turn to be surprise by your comments. My maid being in hollidays I asked somebody else to clean the studio. She did it for the guests staying just before you. They gave me a 5 stars, a nice comment and no complaints about the cleaning. No way you found dust in the pans. They have been used just before you. That can be the limestone from the water. The maid, or the guests before you maybe doesn't now they might have used vinager to remove it. Anyway it is not dirty. Concerning the rack for the laundry, the washing machine being also a dryer I haven't though you need one. Turning the button you can see "séchage" I am myself very sick : cancer, heart problems and 80 years old. You surely have noticed that we had many heatwaves this summer. As I was resting in the countryside, the garden has suffered . I was not able to work when I passed by Paris. I myself gave you 5 stars without have seen the place after your departure. Now that I have seen the studio, I can say that for people complaining about the cleaning you left dirty dishes in the sink, and haven't put your garbage very full in the container. You saw me briefly the day before your departure, you could have asked me where to put it and express your complaints, that would have been nicer.

Five-star stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the extra touches that aren’t always customary with a VRBO, like coffee and a helpful book of area highlights and recommendations. Having laundry available was also a huge convenience. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily recommend it!

Perfect stay in Paris. The location is close to 2 metro stations, markets, and restaurants. Beautiful walking park nearby. Well stocked home, comfortable, and very safe. We will stay here again!

This place was perfection! Great location, beautiful courtyard, great amenities, quiet & safe neighborhood, and amazing hosts! It was so nice to come “home” and sit in the lovely courtyard, enjoy a glass of wine, and recharge before going back out. We did not want to leave!! Thank you Catherine & John for such a lovely time!

Awesome Stay

Our family of 4 loved staying here. The apartment was a perfect size and the location cannot be beat. The neighborhood was fantastic and close to multiple Metro lines. Cannot recommend enough!

Perfect Mother daughter stay!

The design apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious & had everything we needed. It was walking distance to an extraordinary bakery, charming park, and many restaurants. It had a private courtyard & was quiet for sleeping. Catherine was a gracious & helpful host.We would highly recommend and stay again.

Great location

We really enjoyed this cozy flat. It’s very private and the courtyard is peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect to access all the attractions by walking and metro. And the neighborhood is quaint and well appointed with shops.

We really enjoyed our stay. it's a quiet, clean spot with a lovely garden patio. It was also comfortable without AC despite relatively high temps (upper 80s).

Great location!

Wonderful location with easy access to multiple Metro stops/lines. Amazing food choices. Owner was very friendly and responsive. A little confusion about the check-in process but overall great experience!

A beautiful neighborhood in a quiet courtyard.

We had a lovely stay. Catherine and John gave great advice. We easily found our way around the sites of Paris and the adorable neighborhood. Would love to come again.

Comfortable studio for 4 in quiet and nice area

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable studio with garden access. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area with proximity to many bakeries, cafes, restaurants and markets. The studio is close to three metro stations so it's easy to get around with public transport.

Great stay, perfect location!

We came to Paris for spring break with our 2 girls, 10 and 12. Great apartment, close to so much! We loved being in area that felt local and less touriststy! The host was fantastic with communication before and during the trip. I would definitely return!
